I don't understand why it took you so long to get on Uber Eats, then after a few months are still on Uber Eats but won't deliver to my address that's 4.1 miles away. I literally ordered from your restaurant all the time once it was available on Uber and now all of a sudden, my address is "too far for delivery". It makes no sense if you're using Uber delivery drivers. I was annoyed but understood when you used JJ drivers - you needed to meet the "freaky fast" delivery goal so your delivery area was smaller. Now it just doesn't make any sense when the delivery goes thru Uber as no one expects them to live up to the "freaky fast" tagline. I can get something delivered via Uber from south orlando, over 25 miles away but now 4 miles is suddenly too far for your store to deliver to my address. It makes zero sense. I prefer your food but you're now forcing me to go to one of your main competitors instead. If this was just an error with Uber, please let me know and I'll happily update my review and rating. If this was an intentional business decision, I'll leave the very deserved...
Read moreSo I’ve been to Jimmy John’s many many times and I’ve been to this location now 4 times. This was one of my worst experiences in fast food perhaps ever. Whoever was the cashier was an older man with short hair and some facial hair. I stood at the register for several minutes while he counted his tips from the tip jar. Super tacky first off. During those several minutes I made eye contact with two of the other workers who gave me apologetic looks and even came to the register to ask if the man was doing okay. When he finally took my order I ordered a hunters club and asked for no lettuce and tomato and asked for onion and mustard to be added. He talked over me while I tried to order condiments and corrected me on the difference between sauces..? Well I ended up getting a sandwich with literally only bread mayo and roast beef. I paid $15 for bread, mayo, roast beef, a medium drink, and chips and I didn’t even get it added to my rewards. Jimmy John’s I’m sorry but you lost...
Read moreThis review is not about their food because I’ve never had it. This review is about management and ownership. My daughter is autistic and started working there part time. The ownership was aware of the situation. As a parent I am shocked and appalled on the treatment shown. Instead of helping they chose the cowardly way out and fired her saying her availability didn’t work. My daughter had open availability 7 days a week. Saying her feelings are crushed is an understatement. Be better Jimmy Johns there is plenty adults on the spectrum out there, or don’t hire them at all if you aren’t...
