Not good at all! We love Chinese food and options are limited where we live. Thought we would try here after seeing the reviews. I'm not quite sure why people like it or the food! The fried rice was hard pieces of yellow colored right, it also had a burnt wok taste. The chicken was grey looking and tasted funny. We didn't even want to eat it because we figured we'd get sick. The egg rolls are only 1 style which come with shrimp and chicken, again, the chicken was not right. Didn't eat more than a bite out of the egg roll. White steamed rice was normal and good, but it's white rice. The lo mein had a sesame oil taste, so it's a different style than what i've had before. I would NOT go back here to eat in or dine out. Place looked okay, but definitely not clean. Having chicken that was grey and dark and not tasting good makes me wonder what the other "meats" truly are. Would NOT recommend! Sticking to my place in Madison, that is WELL...
Read moreIf I could leave more stars, I WOULD! First- it’s my birthday, and I love Chinese food. The place in Jefferson is closed. So trusty google to the rescue. I find Ming’s, place an online order and head over to pick it up. Me and my two kiddos are instantly greeted by a nice young man. I say we are early and we are okay waiting. My one kiddo puts a quarter she has been carrying around all day in a toy machine. My younger toddler sees this and starts a no nap tantrum. The clerk grabs a quarter to give her. At this point I am praying to good is good so I can keep coming back to support this amazing employee. Food is out in less than 10minutes. My girls ate all their food. ALLLLL THEEEEIR FOOD!!! Mom ate all of hers, too- but that is less exciting haha. Seriously food and service was amazing. A great way to round out my birthday! We will be coming...
Read moreMing's Garden is a staple take out place for my husband and I. The service here is very quick and super friendly. They seem to know us by name now and are a pleasure to chat with when we pick up our order. As for the food, my husband loves the general tsos chicken and I have a big fan of the sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and mongolian beef. I was not a huge fan of the teriyaki chicken sticks or lo mein, but that could just be my personal tastes. The egg drop soup, fried rice, and pan fired noodles are also very good. All in all, can't go wrong ordering here. I know some are bummed they no longer have dine in or buffet, but it doesn't bug me much as the take out is great eats from the comfort...
