Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Park

This is the absolute worse dominos location. The horrible ghetto manager Kendrick needs to be fired . My complaint : ordered food on Saturday night 12:13AM didn't get food till SUNDAY afternoon at 12:15 PM . Mind you I called the dominos the night before asking if my food was on it way and 2x I was told the driver is on the way. No one showed up . Waiting till 2 am for my food . Received a call that my food was delivered to the hotel and they were waiting for me to come pick it up. What ? um no. The fact that the store was telling lies saying my food was on the way and it wasn't . And then to the manager to ask for payment over the phone when they screwed up my delivery date and time . No i am sorry ma'am. Nothing just a rude attitude. When I asked for the first and last name of the dominos manager I was told the first only and then I was told I didn't need his last name. When I asked for the corporate telephone number they have me 1-800 -dominos. I got the number on my own and issued a complaint . I'm looking forward to talking to the franchise owner to this store . Looking forward to hearing and talking to someone who is sensible and knows how to give customer service to...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I used to be a frequent customer ordering every Friday evening like clockwork. The last time I ordered from this place, I never received my pizza. After waiting 45 minutes, I called to see whether the driver got lost, etc. and the person informed me that the delivery guy should be there any minute because they had already left when I called. 15 more minutes later, still no pizza. I called again and kindly asked what was the problem? The lady who answered laughed as I had waited over an hour for a pizza that was never going to be delivered - they hadn't put my order through! I was, of course, very upset and asked for a manager who continued to laugh at my frustration. I asked why I wasn't informed of this at my first call or why no one didn't inform me before I had waited so long and I was not provided with a response. The manager then proceeded to tell me that my card had insufficient funds, which I verified was untrue so I questioned the card charged - not mine! Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this store again NOR WILL I EVER order from another Domino's Pizza based on the awful customer service I...

Ok so order from this place damn near every week if not 2 times in a week!!! Tonight I get my order and my bread bowl was to have Philly steak garlic and shredded parm well I open my box and I have spinach all over it! So I call and I tell the person who answered and asked me am I sure I see spinach? I was like sir my family as owned restaurants my whole life I know what I'm seeing.. So he says well some customers think a topping is something its not.. So I'm thinking what on my order can I mistake for spinach??? Smh no questions should have been asked a simple I'm sorry a new one will be on its way! Not question my knowledge on what spinach looks like!! This as pushed me to were I will no longer be ordering from here again... At least 1-2 times a week for the past 8 years (some times more) I have ordered from here...
