I saw some ask if they had rewards and they said no.. so that was false. 10/30/24 I will start off thanking the service provided and the great Coupon they send out to help us afford a great meal from a affordable price. The quality and quantity of the amount of food was amazing! It has been a while since we have been about to visit but with the coupon we had to jump at the chance to enjoy this restaurant again. My favorite being the special hot/sweet pickles they start off right away and the perfect sweet tea! My mom and I decided to go with the funny bone LG size,come with 2 sides(collard greens, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese are highly recommended) but really everything is great. Also corn bread or garlic bread with the plate for 15$. The plates where huge and the flavor on point! Lean juicy ribs that your will crave to come back for. We had more then enough to take home home for a second dinner! Also the mustard bbq sauce was my favorite, but I mix I little of all the options. 3/4 different options available! We will be back for the pulled pork sandwiches! Because those looked amazing! They do have a bar with liquor options,wine and beer! My husband ate here today with my daughter. He came home saying it was one of the best restaurant experiences he’s had. He said the staff were so incredibly friendly and that the server was amazing, especially with our kiddo. He said the food was amazing and he loved the chicken tenders so much, he brought one home for me to try. I ripped it in half to eat it and it was completely RAW. Like raw, raw. The most raw chicken I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. The tenders must be pre-breaded and just quick fried because they were crispy on the outside and completely pink inside. My husband was horrified. He had eaten 5 of them at the restaurant. He’s a fast eater and didn’t check to see if they were raw - again, you’d assume they'd be done and not think to check each one, as they are crispy on the outside. He didn’t want to do anything about it and I said he needed to call, get his money back and notify them they are serving dangerously raw chicken.
He called and told them what happened and we were heading to the restaurant with the leftover chicken tender to show them. The total bill was $30 and they were questioning him about a refund. They said they would refund the tenders. Seriously? I told him they needed to comp the bill. He ended up throwing up a little while after getting home.
The problem isn’t the server, it’s the undercooked food that is upsetting.

Ribs were dry.... BABY BACK ribs.... at a BBQ place... do I have to say more? That is sacrilege... the guy, I guess the manager, was apologetic and said we should have told him earlier... but then did not make any compensation... tell him earlier so we can wait another 15 minutes for it while all the other food is already out? I have a feeling none of the food is really fresh anyways so not sure how they would have even corrected the problem.
The orange cocktail, was looking forward to it, but it was like 50% vodka... if it were at the end of the night and just looking to get drunk, would have been perfect... but at 6pm on Sunday? At least he just brought out a bit more OJ to dilute it but please get a bartender who knows how to do his job

Highly disappointed... u dont go to a bbq place expecting the meat to not be cooked right... well it was probably cooked right, but it was probably just sitting there for a few hours just drying up all day. I get people want to save expenses but that is why I wont be going...
