I believe this is the first walk-up/drive-thru only Starbucks I've ever encountered. Food and service were great as usual. But no lobby, no indoor seating, etc. I think the place was being run (well) by only one employee. The closest thing to a personal experience was communicating through a sliding, walk-up window. Corporate greed is pervasive. The community coffee shop is disappearing, led by Starbucks. If they can find a way to increase profits, even if it means decreasing customer service and community...

I paid and tipped 2 dollars so I can get good service. Drove to my appointment in SLC and after 2 sips of the iced green tea. The cup was empty of green tea and only full with ice to the top. Now the sticker on the cup says light ice. !!! Now the whole time I was thinking what easier than making a drink? Seriously what type of job that could be easier than...
