Went to the Sharks on 99th and Halsted last night and ordered the grilled shrimp and chicken dinner and 4 three piece leg and thigh meals total of about $30, waited about 25 minutes for all of the food and drove all the way home. Walked in, pulled the food out called my children to the kitchen table unwrapped their meals and this is what I got... 12 pieces of burnt ass chicken smh! I called them and asked them why did they even think it was ok to sell and give a customer food that was so horribly burned!! I was told to bring it back or she would write my name down to get the meals done over at a later date... I informed her that I would be OMW there so I hoped in my car wasting gas to get it replaced. Got there and received nothing but ATTITUDE! I asked who was the manager and a phone number where she could be reached, she hands me a menu and says Ki Ki is only here on weekdays... I stood there making more verbal complaints and she turns to me and says look you need to be talking to him, points at the cook, and adds all I do is wrap the food! I tell her I should be the one with an attitude I live 20 mins from here and had to drive back because you two think it's proper customer service to serve burned chicken! She's holding her nose while grabbing all the chicken because it smells it's so burnt. I ask what will be done to rectify the situation and the cook looks me straight in my face then turns to continue cooking without a word! Now I'm livid! I ask her who is he the owners cousin or something? This is ridiculous and not one of you even offered a simple apology for the problem! She laughs and said Aseem will you apologize to this lady for burning all her food... He looks to her and says for what? 😳 He prepares my meals, and as I am walking out I say to him It's fine you can't even apologize for your mistake, nothing will be done, but word of mouth is a m* f*! However, I received an order of tilapia nuggets and a Pepsi. None of those things were in the order that I made. I am typically very frustrated with restaurants that will throw anything in the bag on a grubhub order. Grubhub is able to notify a customer when there is a difference in their order in order but this restaurant charged me nearly 40 dollars for the wrong food and not just wrong. missing an entire meal. I would have given this One star but since I was so hungry I kept the tilapia nuggets and only got a refund on the other items. And no, a refund does not merit good customer service star.
