Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

So I swing into this Dunkin' for a coffee and breakfast sandwich on my way to work. My review is "only" for the customer service here which is a bit rude I would mention my cashier's name only if asked privately maybe if contacted by management for this location. I don't really stop by dunkin' donuts too often for my breakfast but I figured I give it a try. I'm not familiar with what's on an english muffin other than egg at dunkin's the drive-thru girl was a bit rude for my lack of knowledge of what "Kind" of english muffin I wanted when I just ordered "a breakfast egg english muffin" I was asked what do you want on it and my reply was im not sure what do you put on it? Her reply was "whatever you want! we put anything on it" well that doesnt really help my decision of options other than the original egg english muffin. I had a coupon for any size coffee & rudeness gave it right back and said that's not for this location! Well that's a first for me anytime Ive had a coupon for the any business as long as it was the same business of courese it was honored but not here apparently now mine you this location is fairly new so any local coupons wouldnt have this locations information yet but I took back my coupon without pointing that out because she seemed inconvenienced by my presence. well I wont be back at this place I'll just stick to McDonald's with their $1 any size coffee and $1 breakfast sausage sandwich and The MILLION DOLLAR ATTITUDES by the workers on every visit to any...

This is the worst dunkin ive ever been to in my life. I was excited when it opened up because it’s very close to my house. However, every time I go there, they forget something or take extremely long.

The first time, there was no egg in my sausage egg and cheese wrap. I had to drive back and received no apology, just a new wrap.

The second time I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar and the lady said in the snarkiest way “do you really want the sugar, there’s already sugar in the caramel syrup.”

I mean yeah I understand that but I like it with both.

The third time I ordered the same coffee I always get. “Caramel iced with cream and liquid sugar.” She repeats it back to me and forgets to say caramel so I say it again and she said oh ok caramel got it. I receive the coffee and take a sip and it’s tasteless. Just my luck I look at the stick on ticket and it doesn’t say caremel on it

The fourth time I got my usual and drove up to the window. 5 girls were on the line. One was busy mopping. The other 4 were talking and laughing, completely ignoring the fact that I was waiting for ONE coffee and that there was 3 more people in the drive thru line behind me. Finally she comes up to the window and collects my payment. Then I hear her say “can someone make this coffee” when I know for a fact that they all share the headsets and all heard my order when I placed it. 4 minutes later I got my single iced coffee.

Never going back....

I come here almost on a daily basis. Normally they provide excellent service. The last few times are questionable. I get tea with 9 sugar 6 honey. They usually make it really good. The last 3 times I’ve had an issue. The first time I repeatedly told them I wanted honey at the speaker and when I got my drink they didn’t put it in. I had to give it back and have them put it in after. The last time they didn’t put it in the tea, instead just gave me 6 packages to put in myself. And my most recent visit today they just didn’t put any honey in at all. My cup says they did but I drink the same drink almost everyday and Can just tell that I got basic tea with little sugar and no honey. I don’t know if they think the customers can’t tell this from the taste or if they just hired new staff that don’t care but this is not great...
