Huaraches Brighton Park — Restaurant in Lake Township

I have been going to this restaurant since they opened i have always liked their food and the people were nice BUT the last two times i went to eat there... they have a young man serving tables, he does not know how to talk to people, he is very rude not pleasant at all, he does not greet you, first time he acted like that i let it go but today he really got to me, Did not greet us and right away said to us that we had to keep our masks on until we were served, and we all had our masks on. Then he asked what we wanted to drink I told him we brought our special drinks wirh no sugar, he said we were not able to do that, and i said but i asked the other lady and she said that it was ok. Well he did not believe me and went and asked the lady. She told him yes. He came back to the table and told us not once but twice that next time we can't not do that and that they had fruit juices to sell to us and i told him that fruit juices had sugar and again i said to him that we were not able to consume sugar and he kept arguing with me, i asked him, do you want us to leave? He made a face and walked away...i told the nice lady that has always been there to educate him to serve tables, we ended up leaving and went up the street to Pacos Tacos were we were treated nice and with respect And their tacos...

Came on a Sunday around noon and it was a full house almost every table was occupied. I ordered the fish fillet supreme huaracha it was good but fillet underseasoned for my taste and was $11.99 which is not advertised on the menu FYI. It was posted on the wall with a picture but price is not listed anywhere. Got the Guajio sauce least spicy and my bf got the cecina huaracha which was delicious the cecina was well seasoned, was $7.99, he got half red and green salsa both were super spicy! All the huaraches are HUGE and worth 7.99 except for fish. I would return but on a less busier day, we waited nearly 45 min to get our food and other tables got theirs served before ours and we arrived and ordered before them! There were only 2 chefs and 2 waitresses. It took them 10 minutes to take our order in addition to the 45 minutes waiting for the food. If it wasn't for the portion size and price I would not return due to the long wait but I will come back during weekday when less busy since the quality of food was great. not only was the service outstanding! but the food was one of my best part of eating at this restaurant. for the whole meal to be $40 is very cheap considering the giant size of the food . i was not expecting for the food to be as big as it was when it came out i was SHOCKED! this was the cheapest and tastiest restaurant i have ever been too. if i were to recommend a restaurant for catering or any occasion it will be here hands down! thank you to the amazing service who severed me today she had short hair in a ponytail, wearing boots she was very polite and patient and had by far the best service . and thank you to the amazing chef who prepared the food that was so...
