Lugano's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

Ordered from them twice in the past week, the reviews are true to there word. The first order was placed at 9:50am, delivery time should of been at 11am. It was 11:20am when i called, the person who answered sounded like they were bothered and said it should be on the way. My order arrived at 12pm i was going to cancel it but was hungry cause i didn't eat anything at work all day. The pizza went cold in 5mins after arriving the soda was hot even the free 1 liter they gave me aswell. The cheese sticks i ordered had a few jalapeno poppers in the bag. The second order was for a co-worker who liked the pizza i ordered in the first order that was placed the other day. I warned her about them being late and she still went ahead and placed the order today. It was placed at 8:30am and delivery time was supposed to be at 9:30am - 9:40am. The time arrived and she called the store to check her order and told me that the person on the phone didnt greet her properly they answered with "yes" and said they will check on her order and hung up on her. She ended up cancelling and ordering from somewhere else. Don't bother...

TERRIBLE food & service!!!! I ordered food here on Grub Hub. First off the delivery man came late and our order was completely wrong. My bf and I were awfully hungry and we ate it any way. The fries were stale, and the pasta was cold. It was so horrendous that I lost my appetite. I tried calling back, but by then your resturant was already closed. I called back a few days later to express my frustration with a male employee , and he promised me a free meal for the next time that I call back. I told him over the phone to write my name and number for when I call back again. Recently I called back to claim my free meal (3 weeks later ) and the employees LIED to me over the phone saying that they don't have the meal order that was sent to my house. This place is horrible. The pizza isn't that bad but the customer service is outrageous. The lady that answers the phone is the problem. She doesn't care if they get your order wrong. I called to order a pizza and she said 45min. I got there 45min later and they didn't give me my pizza until 30 min after I got there. When I told her she acted like I was crazy. She said it's been only 45min. Then I asked if the pizza came with a pop because the flyer said it does and she said no. On another occasion i called to ask for delivery and she said no delivery drivers until 3pm so I said I'll pick it up and she said the ovens weren't working. Really?
