I just recently went to Empire Kidz & from my experience what I can say is I had a good time my child enjoyed it. She’s 2 years old so we still had to follow her through the mazes so my partner & I also got to experience it for ourselves! Only warning⚠️ if your child isn’t 4& up you NEED to go along with them because the mazes do have these holes for different levels but for a toddler it’s dangerous. Also we hated that some of the equipment around on the floor hurt your feet because of how hard it is. I wish the maze had more foam/ soft spots, since it’s for kids it should have more soft surfaces. The second time I came around there was a different employee and she asks to check your bag so if u have any snacks for your toddler such as chips, juice box etc you’re forced to leave them in the car! They have two big slides the pink one is super fast your heart will skip a beat I swear! The purple one with sprinkles is more suitable for kids. Even tho the pink one is too it’s just super fast you have to be careful. There’s also also a slide with rollers but you need to get on the little sled they provide there. Just make sure your kid understands they have to hold on or else they can fall! I was trying to get on the slide where the sled is required and a bunch of kids had took them to play with them on the big slides and they weren’t stopped, the employee was quick to check my bag and kick me out the ball pit. You can’t be in the ball pit with your kid the only ones are babies/toddlers who wear diapers. No 4 years old & up. All a kid knows is their parents they want us to play with them, so we were forced to leave the ball pit because we weren’t allowed in there. Overall the spot is okay, I can’t speak for all employees there but there was one who was just doing too much, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back tbh.

I have never been to an establishment were the employees think it’s ok to treat people and children so carelessly! I literally witnessed a little girl seizing inside of the jungle gym and there was no employee in sight. I seen more parents not only watching their kids but supervising all the children because the employees were not doing their job! I had to sit inside the playpen with my 1 year old daughter because their was no employees over there watching over that area! And there were big kids constantly going in the section that’s only supposed to be for babies in diapers. Lastly we reserved 2 tables until 5pm and a few employees felt the need to start cleaning at 4:50 as we were still getting the children together! They started moving our things around moving our shoes! It came to a point where I actually had to address one of the young ladies! Because I am a pregnant woman and I don’t not care if I’m moving slow she had no right to touch my belongings and rush me out of my table! And of course she had nothing to say no apologies nothing which is also very unprofessional!! No one was supposed to come over there touching anything until we were well and READY! Until our CHILDREN had there coats and shoes on and was HEADED to the car!! I don’t who is responsible for hiring a bunch of teenagers and young adults who are HORRIBLY RUDE and obviously DONT CARE about children or their parents but I had never been so DISGUSTED with an establishment in my entire life! I watched these people spend more time talking to each other and hanging around in corners opposed to doing their JOB and making sure these kids are safely using the facilities provided by this business! And the fact that they cared more about cleaning and getting people out says a lot about how this business is being run! I watch 2 other families say screw it and left early because nobody should have to deal with that kind or blatant disregard and disrespect towards CUSTOMERS! If these people don’t had the patience and the care it takes to be in an environment full of kids of all ages along with there families they should not be working here! And I can tell you one thing! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE BECAUSE I ALMOST GOT EXTREMELY IGNORANT WITH THESE PEOPLE! I don’t appreciate my things being touched at tf all. And the fact that the woman didn’t even have the decency to apologize after I addressed her was the icing on top of the cake! She acted as if I was talking to the wall and walked off! Had I started throwing things around and gave her a real mess to clean up I would’ve been wrong! Right? Right, I will never bring my child here again! How many negative reviews have to be left before action is taken and people either get proper training or swiftly fired! It’s clear they only there to collect a check! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THESE KIDS THEIR PARENTS OR THIS BUSINESS! THE MANAGEMENT IS PITIFUL! COMPLETELY PISS POOR! And somebody gone end up getting seriously hurt, I...

I usually don’t go to this location but did because of my nieces birthday party today. Let me just start off by saying that the moment you walk in the staff has an attitude. Wouldn’t talk to me unless I had my shoes off. Like I understand the no shoes policy but It was busy, let me check in with my four kids and I will gladly move to the side and remove our shoes. But instead the lady said “I won’t speak to you until you take your shoes off”. I thought that was rude. Whatever, I ignored it. Second all the staff acted as if they didn’t want to be there. They rushed us to end the party. When we asked for plates and forks and stuff that come with their party package, they said we were given enough and couldn’t be handed more. We wanted to order extra pizza and they refused by saying we needed to place the order ahead of time and that next time we should be sure of how much we actually needed. Once the party time slot was over, if we wanted to stay we had to go off to a different table. As I stood back while the party left, a few people came in and asked if they could sit there. They were told yes. A few min later a rude worker comes and tells them they can’t sit there. The lady says well we were told we could. And just like that people were in each others faces at a KIDS play area! Like honestly if you don’t like your job don’t work there. For the sake of the kids learn how to speak and be conscious that the environment you are in is for them. It was very unprofessional and instead of the manager removing the young girl that disrespected a customer they laughed. This place is terrible. If you want your kids to have a good time at a SAFE place with kid friendly staff, you should go else where. I could give no...
