McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

This establishment doesn’t even deserve this one Star, I had to give it just to write this review...if I never had to go to this one again, my life would be wonderful!!! The only reason why I have to is because my Son goes to High School around the corner from there & they told him he can’t sit in there without purchasing something, he has to sit in there every morning before School because of my work schedule. In order for him to be able to go to School & avoid taking them CTA buses I have to be forced to buy him Breakfast every morning & not only are they the rudest, they tell you hold on one second which turns into 5 minutes with nobody else in the drive-thru...& then on top of that there damn Debit machine don’t never work. Like, I shouldn’t have to keep going to the ATM just to purchase some food for my Son & then be rushing to get to work because their establishment is not Productive enough to have the machines working properly. I can’t tell you how many damn ATM fees I had to pay & unnecessary money being took out just to make sure they don’t kick my Son out in the A.M...There has only been only one Employee that hasn’t never been rude, but all the other one’s seem like y’all just hired them because of their bad attitudes just to keep people from coming there...This has got to be the worst McDonald’s on the whole South Side...

I don't visit McDonald's much these days, but this place is an utter disappointment. The employees are all in the back talking and joking, which wouldn't be a problem except it is getting in the way of them performing their job. The workers seem largely irritated with having to deal with every single person, and overall that makes for a bad experience.

Aside from that, the wait time for food is terrible. The lobby had a decent amount of people, but nothing unmanageable. It took over 10 minutes to get a medium free and large sweet tea, which they almost forgot. The fries were also pretty lackluster

The place doesn't look like it's cleaned that often, but I did come in during a somewhat busy time so it may be cleaner usually, but I am highly disappointed.

Visited the drive-thru today at 12:15pm (afternoon) and the young lady at the second window handing out the food had the worse attitude when I asked for fresh fries (which I previously requested during my order). The disrespect and rolling her eyes and giving so much attitude to paying customers should absolutely not be tolerated. If it’s not their terrible attitudes, then it’s them messing up your order and having you wait to replace it. At this time I’m sure the grease needed to be changed because there was not much difference in the replacement order. Her actions as well as food quality are the reasons I am giving this negative review and taking my money elsewhere. She made my experience unenjoyable. Never visiting this...
