Burger King — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

I went there to try the impossible whopper, I haven't been to Burger King in years, the staff completely ignored me standing at the counter waiting to place an order even though I was the only customer in the store. I called their corporate office right then and there to alert them of the staffs behavior, the manager on duty didn't want to tell me her Name, the front line person told me that she didn't know the address of where she is working so I grabbed an old receipt that a customer had left behind so that I could give the store number and store location. I was so ashamed of these young ladies and their behavior in our community and I can honestly say that this was the worse experience that I have ever had just trying to patronize an establishment in our community, no wonder people go out of the neighborhood seeking goods and services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT, they know nothing about servicing customers from the manager on down. I will never go...

Seems to be under new management (now there is an older light-skinned guy instead of the large dark-skinned lady.) Things are run much better with them actually being able to competently get orders out correctly the last two times I've been here although the last time they somehow completely missed my order and had to check the online orders to make it after I had already sat there waiting for almost 10 minutes after placing the order through the app. For delivery they've been getting orders out relatively quickly (like within 10 minutes after placing.) The food was ok, still kind of subpar for Burger King. The place is usually clean. The new manager, who was also taking orders, seems to be cool. I don't know why it's so hard just to have good customer service, but at least this place seems to be going in the right direction.

Update: Placed an order that had two cookies and the cookies I received were weirdly soggy on the bottom as if someone spilled something in the bag....

I rarely go to Burger King but wanted some chicken fingers so I went there and went through the drive thru and placed my order. Before paying the person at the window asked me to back up and wait a minute. I waited between 10-15 minutes before he told me to pull up and pay. When I got my food it was hot, however as I was eating my fries, I bite something hard and part of my tooth broke off and fell out . I called to speak with the manager and he informed me that there was nothing in the fryer that was hard and didn't see how that could happen. He said he would contact his district manager to discuss the issue and give me a call back , he never did. About a week later my son asked to go to burger king for food I went to the one on 159th and Lagrange. The fries we got from there was just as hard and not even edible. I did take picures of these to show how hard their fries can be, but don't know how to post them. Needless to say I will never eat at another...
