Paco’s Tacos is one of those places I don’t visit often, but every time I do, it’s an absolute home run. No matter which location I go to, the flavor is always on point, but this spot was the first one I tried and it set the standard high.
This time, I ordered two arrachera tacos, and they were nothing short of perfect. Each taco was beautifully formed, with just the right balance of ingredients. The portion was more than generous, but what stood out was the sheer quality.
The tortillas, golden, slightly crisped on the edges, yet soft enough to wrap around the filling, were the perfect vessel for the juicy, flavorful arrachera. The meat itself was expertly seasoned, grilled to perfection with just the right amount of char, and so tender that it practically melted with each bite. Topped with fresh onions and cilantro, the tacos had that ideal contrast of crunch and freshness against the deep, savory meat. A squeeze of lime brought it all together, enhancing the flavors even further. And let’s not forget their salsas, each one adding its own kick, whether you wanted a bold, smoky heat or a bright, tangy finish.
These tacos didn’t just satisfy my hunger, they reminded me why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a spot that delivers flavor, consistency, and that undeniable feeling of comfort food done right, Paco’s Tacos is it. You have...

Then they yell your name a couple times until you pick up your food you eat. They tell you certain rules are heav em ridden down on the walls to throw your food out if you're not finished, put the sauces back and that's it.. they still ask for a tip even though nobody brings you water. Nobody brings you anything. You have no conversation or interaction, nothing.. they said they get me carne asada which means it's grilled somehow has some sear.. but they gave me boiled steak. Texture was not that good. At least the flavor was somewhat good. I still ate the food because I was hungry. But for the price, it wasn't not worth it.. other places actually give you carne asada and overall...
