Shark's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

Ordered italian beef sandwich and mushrooms yesterday(last winter) around 8:30. I was certain I saw the cashier write mushrooms on my order ticket. I didn't get any mushrooms and I think the owner just forgot to cook it. Also, they were stingy on fries in the container. I've never gotten that little of fries with an order. But, I prefer to go somewhere else usually. Not too upset about the mushrooms I wasn't charged for it but I definitely saw her write it on the ticket. Weird situation. Forgot to mention the cashier tried to not give me my pop that came with the order. I ordered a separate pop, but I was still owed the free one lol. So I go back in and she look like she knew she did it on purpose. I think bc I ordered another one she was trying not to give me the one that came with my other order. She had a little attitude when I came back in and asked for the free pop. You can't cheat me out of that one bc I paid for another one separately lol. So I was charged for the separate pop. But not the mushrooms. I think she was trying to pass off the pop I paid for to cover for the mushrooms I didn't get. Bc the pop and mushrooms were the same price. Instead of just...

I just tried to order 100 pcs of chicken wings from an employee by the name of JoJo and he was very rude. First he hung the phone up before I finished speaking to him. When I tried calling back the phone went to the fax machine. If I didn't need the chicken for a repast I would go someplace else. I'll write back to let you know how the service was when I make my pick up.

I was also told that there wasn't a manager in the store and that I could not believe. Someone owns this location and needs to know who rude the employees are to their customers;, doesn't look like I'll be using them again. The one reason I using them now is the location is very close to where the repast will be held. They tried to cheat my daughter! She was charged an extra $2.20 on her order. I asked why she was charged more than the advertised price and was told the prices went up. I told them they were obligated to charge only the advertised price until they updated their menu. Realizing he was not speaking to an ignorant person, he acquiesced and apologized. I also requested they give us our missing soda. Their actions shows a clear pattern of dishonest business practices.
