I have read your similar responses on other 1 star complaints/reviews that actually quantifies my initial review that the food was bad that was sold to me, and your only response was to deny that it was your location, or to quip that "you may have dropped the ball", without any offer of restitution. I have my reciept that shows otherwise as to who sold me that non-edible fish . I absolutely referenced the correct location, yours. While I understand that your negative response is typical, please be advised, I was definitely more disappointed with the bad food that you sold me! ZERO STARS....
THE CATFISH AT THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! IT IS OLD, AND DRIED OUT!!!!! WAS NOT EDIBLE AT ALL. AFTER BITING INTO A PIECE, I COULD TELL THE FISH HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED NOR WASHED OFF PROPERLY, AS THERE WAS COOKED BLOOD STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL BUT 1 PIECE THEY SOLD ME (3)!! THE PIECE I TRIED TO EAT BEFORE NOTICING WHAT I HAD JUST BOUGHT, MADE MY STOMACH HURT, AND I HAD ONLY EATEN A PIECE OF THAT PIECE, NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE OVERCHARGING FOR THIS GARBAGE. THE JALEPENO PEPPERS WERE MUSHY AND RANK. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REASSESSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THE FOOD THEY ARE SELLING. THAT WAS THE HARDEST $14.00 I HAVE EVER SPENT! Read moreI ordered buffalo fish (10/3/25 at 1:45pm) and was pleasantly shocked that they had it in stock. Most places don’t. Erica took my order and was professional. Inside was well organized and appeared clean. Clean enough. I asked for a jalapeño and didn’t get it. My Buffalo was dry and tasted like it was at the very end of being able sell. While I opted NOT to have lemon pepper season, the Cajun didn’t do anything for flavor. Cole Slaw was definitely spoiled. Read moreI ordered a three piece combo from off their website through google maps for $15.99. Once I arrive to pickup my food, I was told that I owe $21.50 roughly. I showed the cashier the price that’s online. She contacted her mgr. The mgr didn’t want to honor their online price because he choose not to take the necessary time to update the restaurant current prices. For this reason I gave the restaurant one star.
