KFC — Restaurant in Lake Township

As a delivery driver this place is horrible. I am walking up to the door just before 9pm and the lady tells me the lobby closes at 9. I identify myself and she let's me in. No where in this establishment does it say they close at 9. I get to the counter they have not made the order. It's going to be a few minutes fine such is life. Next they are out of crispy dark meat and they dont plan on making more. They dont contact the customer either. They just plan on giving original. I tell lady behind counter give them something extra so the customer wont complain. This shocked her that someone expected them to compensate for not providing an accurate order. She was offended. Repeated what I said to everyone in there. Spent 30 mins waiting for incorrect food just to try and beg a customer not to take it out on me. Shame on this KFC...

I didn't purchase anything, I was merely the driver. I did go in though. The employee was professional and personable. The facility was clean. The prices are beyond my scope, I would have gone the further distance to a Churches Chicken or a big box store deli dept. For 32 pieces and 8 biscuits and 4 or 8 sides, the grand total was almost $140.00 and no extras or anything else was offered. If a customer came into a business that I owned such as this and placed an exorbitantly high priced order, I would at least give them a couple of free desert pies or something. Thank goodness for them, that I was not the paying customer, because I would have gone elsewhere. The pricing at KFC puts them out to pasture because there is no FREE anything, free range, free B's...

Called in at 350 for Two chicken pot pie was told 22 min. 30 minutes later went through the drive-thru to pick up my two chicken pot pies was told it was going to be another 20 minutes because somebody came through and picked up six chicken pot pies talked with the manager. She was saying it was my fault something they had biscuits in the oven. But yet they give you my order away to somebody. I told her I would take the cold ones and continue to cook them at home she was very argumentative ask for her name several times she would not give it to me. Her phone call was recorded.
