Terrible customer service. I ordered delivery and my order was missing my egg rolls. I called the driver immediately and he yelled, “no more egg rolls” and hung up. Then, I called the restaurant and the employee stated that she knows for sure she put my egg rolls in the bag and accused me of just wanting more egg rolls. She assured to me that I would not be getting the egg rolls I ordered. I will never order here again.

How could you always have an issue with me if I’m from out of town? I’m a member of the military. This was my first, and last time ordering here. The bottom line is, your customer service is terrible. You have more negative reviews than positive. Everyone complains about your service. Rather than argue, fix your customer service. Read moreOrdered for delivery, got my food and it was missing one of my orders, called back to request that I be given what was missing (small bourbon chicken) for free so I will continue to buy from them. Keep in mind the worker admitted to making a mistake. He put some lady (in guessing manager or owner) on the phone and basically with an attitude said no, so still cool and calm I said ok I will pay for the food but the delivery fee should be waived (something needs to be compensated for my food not being delivered as ordered when I clearly stated everything I wanted, my husband as my witness). The lady said "NO! I can't do that you can come pick up!". So she was politely told "no, definitely no, have a goodnight".

Read moreFood is okay... but the Delivery Guy doesn't deliver to the door. The woman on the phone told me that I would have to go outside to the car to get my order.
I asked if the delivery would be at a reduced price because of the incomplete delivery process. She said no.
So I chose not to order and pay the full delivery price for an incomplete delivery. BTW... I always tip about $5. Very Stupid in my opinion.
When I want Chinese Food from now on, SOUTH CHINA KITCHEN is no longer a consideration. I'll just drive somewhere else. Dead to me. LOL!
