Kisha’s kitchen 2 — Restaurant in Lake Township

It's an unfortunate to have bad service. I inquired about the stuffed Cornish hen. I was told it was stuffed with a spinach cream cheese mixture something else). I asked for gravy in the side. 2 sides were an option. I requested dressing and greens.

I opened my dinner once I reached my destination. The order was incorrect. I called pleasantly informing of the error. I was placed on hold and the 2nd lady to pick up was unpleasant/passive aggressive. I explained the error. Her aggression increased. I addressed her aggression in which she toned down slightly afterward.

As no resolution was offered, I also explained my distance too far to return. Additionally had I not paid $30+ it wouldn't matter. However, this is bad.

The lady on the phone replied, "bad for who!? Because I'm blessed you have a nice day!" and the call ended.

This place was referred from a trusted family member. My intent in calling was to inform of the error. A simple apology would have sufficed. Yet do due to the mindset and unfortunate negative disposition of the African American woman a poor experience has again taken place in what appeared to be a good establishment for great service and dinner.

Terrible Customer Service Skills....My first and last time going to this restaurant..On 10-8-24 about 4:50pm ...I went in to place my order for some honey hot wings , string beans and yams....wait over 45mins not to receive my order... for a call on my cellphone that my order was ready...so I got out my car and went in to inquire about my order and cashier TORI said all we have is Hot Honey Wings left....So I said when were you all going to call me????and let me known??? Give me my 💰!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....there hours are from 2pm until 7pm I should have left when the restaurant didn't have all the side on the menu.... I'M SIDE EYEING THIS RESTAURANT AND WHOM EVER KISHA KITCHEN RESTAURANT OWNER IS!!!!! P.S.I also forgot to mention that when I saw the young lady started letting the shutters down on the windows and closing the door and locking the restaurant up .......

Place in a strip mall area so parking can be a little tight. The spot is small to no seats or nothing either just enough room to order. I ordered the hot honey wings and the sides were krack & cheese with string beans. The wings were solid the hot honey drizzled on it kinda carried these wings 8.7. Not mad at it but curious what wings are like without it. The string beans are a 9.5 these are excellent chef kiss on this...the flavor has a little kick to it, so good. The krack n cheese 9.7...damn it these were top tier best mac n cheese in the city ngl. I was trying not to like it but each bite was consistently good. I washed every with the strawberry lemonade kool-aid which I thoroughly enjoy too it's not overly sweet at all it's very well-balanced 8.7. Overall just on the food alone definitely gotta come back...I left here fat...
