Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lake Township

Worst experience I ever had at this location!!! I had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker before finally being able to order. They were almost out of every item I asked for. Once I finally ordered i was told it would be a 5 minute wait on the blackened tenders, as they are cooked to order. I was asked to drive up past the window, and someone will bring my order out. I waited patiently for 25 minutes before calling inside to ask about my order, the female employee who answered was very loud and unprofessional!! She stated “POPEYES, WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU.” I informed her that I was still outside waiting on my order, she stated “He bringing it out now”. I then waited 5 more minutes before calling in again and demanding a refund. I was then made aware that my order has been ready, yet no one brought it out to me. While still on the phone 2 of the employees began to argue about who’s fault it was that no one brought my order out. Someone finally brought my order out and one of the sides was not what I asked for, I told the employee I ordered mashed potatoes not fries, he then stated “ I ain’t even gone lie to you we don’t have no mashed potatoes” so they basically just gave me what they wanted to give me. Let me start off by saying the whole entire store need to be fired.I am looking forward to speaking to someone at the head quarter in regards to this matter.They are very rule even the management there were two manger at the store today when i came to pick up an order. I mean if you would've heard the way this lady was talking to me like i wasn't a customer.See i have been doing customer service for over 20years and was told customer are always right. Know this is why so many employees are getting hurt because they dont have customer service skills call me every name except my name.I had to call the customer and apologized for not being able to get her food because i was told to go back around and get back in line which were around the corner but no one apologized to me for arguing with me talking crazy and the lobby is close.Low poverty areas recieve the worst service ever. I told the company i dont want to do no more pick up from here. She had me on fire only if we were face to face she would have learn some respect all of them i have the video its a NO...

When u got the taste for Popeyes u have to have it..I strayed from the only one and the best Popeyes 147th and Halsted in Harvey..yeees.. Should of pulled off when 1 of the workers forgot her jacket and she walked up to the drive thru window and asked the employee at the window to get her jacket.. the car at the window asked her what was she doing and she went in on him..very unprofessional..we get our order..fries were cold no condiments no utensils.. Owner's Of Establishments need to do surprise visits...cut your hours if u don't have enough employees don't cut your service and food quality..trust that would be more understandable than the daily mess and services these restaurants putting out at the prices...
