Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Township

This is my 3rd visit to this location & prior to today, I was happy with the service I received. Today...not so much & I'm writing this review before leaving the lot. Starbucks has created millions of picky, finicky customers, but yet they can get annoyed when we have special requests. I get the same order everytime I go, which is a venti guava passionfruit(pink drink if they're out) & banana bread warmed 2x. Maybe it's the oven here, because I asked for it to be warmed 3x, so it isn't cold. Anyway, I placed my order & checked the bread when it was handed to me. I already knew it hadn't been done. I nicely asked the woman if she can place it in the oven one more time. I was told no, she followed what the cashier told her & cooked it TWO TIMES & she would have to throw it away & warm new bread. I don’t usually write reviews, but this particular Starbucks is something special. (Notice the sarcasm) I walked into the lobby today and ordered a Venti Pink Drink along with an Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel. Simple enough right? Well, you’re wrong. My experience was absolutely ludicrous. First of all, they took forever to take my order and process my payment. Once they did that, I had to wait an extra 35 minutes for them to make the drinks. On top of that, the poor lady in front of me waited way longer for an ICED WATER. Completely unacceptable. Once I received my drinks, they tasted HORRIBLE. The Pink Drink tasted like straight milk, no flavor whatsoever. The Caramel Macchiato despite having extra caramel had very minimal milk and tasted beyond sour. I traveled 4 miles during my lunch break and was late getting back because of this. You can find both drinks inside the trash right outside...

Went today on lunch orders 2 drinks .. I order on the app . Put the order in 25 minuets before I even got there .. when I got there only one drink was ready .. I was on my lunch so I didn’t have long to wait .. which is why I orderd more then 20 minuets early .. I waited about another 15 minuets in the store .. and I finally asked about the 2nd drink .. I got a huge attitude from the older lady “ there’s a delay and we have a lot of orders, that drink wasn’t even started yet “ that’s not my problem .. it shouldnt take close to a half hour to make a drink … and people who were just walking in where getting my their drinks .. I understand it’s busy .. but I’m explaining I orderd 25 minuets a head of time before I was even there and then had to wait another 15 minuets to not get my 2nd drink that wasn’t even started yet is a issue .. this is also not the first time this has happened at...
