I was here back in December and I called in because my food wasn't correct and the manager told me I could come back get another sandwich and I informed him that I would be going out of town for the holidays and wouldn't be back until after the new year he told me that was no problem just bring my receipt which I did.
I was in the area at CVS picking up my prescription I called in and asked for the manager and explained to him who I was and that I had spoken to the manager on 12/20 and I told him about my issue. He told me that I had to come in tomorrow because he doesn't remember talking to me and I told him I was sitting in front of the restaurant now and that I was a senior with limited mobility and I wasn't able to come back tomorrow and he said okay. I told him that my caregiver was with me and that I would send her in with my receipt. He said okay. But after she went in he told her he don't remember and that he wasn't going to give another sandwich that her client had to come in herself. She told him that I was on a walker and it was so cold and icy outside he said he didn't care. So she came out and said he wants me to come in I didn't feel like arguing with him about sandwich.
So I went and ask for manager and he made me stand there for a while on my walker and mind you it was another employee working with him and only two other customers and they were together but he still made me just stand there while he was cleaning up. FINALLY I said are you going to wait on me since you insisted that I come in even though I told you that I was a disabled senior I explain to him again what I had told him on phone he gave me a nonchalant look and I said sir there is no way I would come up here to lie about a sandwich and I have my receipt. The only reason I was up here is because I had to pick up my medication from CVS which is why I was here when I purchased the sandwich in the first place. And that I didn't know why I had to come in when she was the the person that came in when I purchased it.
After going through that he took his time making a new sandwich. He was moving so slow. I told him thank you and I left. I brought the sandwich home and I was afraid to eat it especially since the Sweet onion sauce that I wanted was so very thick I have never seen this sauce thick like that and this is the only dressing I ever use. I asked him why is it so thick he said it good. I decided not to eat it and it is still in my refrigerator. I started to just leave it there on the counter even though I had gotten out my car and slip and slid into the store and it was freezing cold as well.
If you check in the past I gave you all a great review but I won't be giving any more great ones because I would not be returning back to this particular...
Read moreDO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A COUPON!!!!
I have avoided going here for the past two years. Every time I have a promo code or coupon they refuse to take it. Today I tried to use the coupon that recently came in the mail. The female worker immediately said,”no, we can’t accept that. It won’t work on our register.” I said, “ok, I’ll use it somewhere else”. She’s said, “it’s all the subways.” I told her,”you know what? I will pay for this so I can get a receipt so I can call corporate. This happens all the time, you never take subway coupons”. I paid and left. I tweeted them and filed a formal complaint form. I feel this location is very dishonest. If they don’t like coupons they shouldn’t be part of the Subway brand and put up their own...
Read moreThe girl had all the condiments put away. We got there at 7:58 and they close at 9. Got a veggie sub. She threw my veggies all over my sub. Got a foot long. She gave me 4 cucumbers. On a veggie sub. No meat. I asked for more. She tossed 2 more on. I asked for onion. It for stuck to her glove and all of it fell on one side of my sandwich. I just kept my mouth shut and figured I would fix it when I get home. Asked for extra mayo. She literally squeezed it out so fast I couldn't say stop fast enough. I have a mayo sandwich. When we were checking out she walked away to put all the condiments back and we had to WAIT to pay. I don't know how she's still employed. It really shouldn't be that difficult to...
