Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

The other Subways are great I've been in a lot of them BUT This one on 43th and I-90 I've only been 2 times the first time the girl attendant tried to charge me more after I complained she said ""it was a mistake "" the second time I went and I gave my friend $10 bucks to get a 6 inch BMT and when he came back he only gave me 5 cents change (he didn't know better because he doesn't speak English) AND HE DIDN'T GET HIS RECEIPT anyhow I got very upset and went back to the subway place And complained the girl attendant didn't said anything BUT and older man came out (foaming out the mouth) and said a bunch of things and that my friend asked for ""Double everything"" when I told him That that's impossible because my friend DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH The man JUST SNAPPED AND SO I DID AND ASK FOR MY money back he gave me my money back and cursed me he even gave me the Sub that only cost $7 dlrs I wonder how many people THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF ANYHOW I DIDN'T TAKE THE SUB I JUST GOT MY MONEY AND WALK OUT OF THERE ONE THING I KNOW I'LL NEVER BE BACK TO...

I asked to use the restroom and the worker told me that there was not one, when I told her I was purchasing something she still said there was not bathroom. When I stated that in Illinois restaurants are mandated to have a working restroom for paying customers her story changed to “it’s broken”. The only reason I stepped foot in this subway to use the bathroom but I was very curious about the foot long pretzels they are now offering…

While this establishment has a clean dining area. The women working was rude, I ordered a foot long pretzel and it was dry and when I asked for cheese she looked at me like I was crazy, I had to point at the sign until she offered the honey mustard that is supposed to come with. I had to pay an extra $.50 for it. tip go next door to the gas station to purchase nacho cheese*

Upon arrival we were interested in the new caprese sandwiches, we anquire about the chicken pesto and Italian, I asked to have mine on wheat bread with mozzarella cheese chicken and pesto, once he starting assembling the sandwich he placed ppperja k cheese on it, I asked why I didn't get the fresh mozzarella cheese, this is when he informed my sandwich will cost ,75 more since I change my bread. I asked him to use the bread that comes with the sandwich to which he took the cheese and put it back back to the cooler container for other conception as well as the chicken back in the cooler container with the other chicken and finish by placing the wheat bun back in the oven to re use at another time.
