Sharks Fish And Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

Worst sharks I've had the pleasure of visiting. Ordered 2 small catfish fillet dinners and the 2 filets in each were small/toddler size and barely any fries. Lightest two styrofoam boxes for 28 dollars I’ve ever carrie. Also noticed the meat had a pinkish hue in the middle which signified to me that the fillets are Swai! Only swai has a pink tint after cooking in some spots. I love sharks in the suburbs but this is the second city sharks in the city I’ve gone to that was exceptionally horrible. Lesson learned here. Absolute wild they are shorting food and affordable housing is across the street. I feel bad for the people getting ripped off and not getting a quality sharks service that live over there. Compare this to a gas station off the highway!...

I called in an order of two small catfillets at 12am that they said would take 10mins. I get there within that time & they tried charging me for two large orders & I corrected the cashier that it was small orders. He said, “ok we will make the adjustment.” Walks away from me as I asked him how much longer. He ignored me & the other 2 customers as they asked questions on how long their order would be. By the time I got my food I had waited an additional 35mins totaling a 45min wait on a 10min order. When I got home the fish was undercooked & I ended up throwing the order out. When the order was placed online and paid for, it showed pick up in 30 mins. We arrived an hour later and the doors were locked and no one was in the store. After waiting about 15 mins we were about to leave and just contact the CC company for a refund when the owners pulled up and go in the store. First the lady said she could take our order but I explained to her we had already ordered online, then she says to come inside to get it but she failed to mention they actually had to cook it. After waiting another 30 mins we get the food to discover it was burnt. I will not be ordering from them in the future as that was truly unprofessional all the way...
