it was the first time when we decided to visit this restaurant, we made an order with my wife and daughter and waited, after which they brought us sushi and we waited for the ordered soup TomYam (coconut milk) we were put on the table soup and I started eating it first, which is what my wife and I was completely satisfied with this soup, but when my wife started eating her portion of soup and after the first spoon I saw a small cockroach in soup !!!!! THIS WAS A HORRIBLE CONDITION WHEN I UNDERSTOOD THAT I ALREADY HAVE EATED ALMOST HALF. I felt bad and started to feel sick of what I saw on the plate of my wife, my wife and I immediately called the waiter and asked what was going on here ??? how it could happen, we were told not to shout so that other clients would not hear our complaints and would not hear anything else. that's horrible!! cockroaches in soup !!! Read moreI've bought food from this place several times but it looks like they don't listen. I'm not that one person to make bad reviews but I think it's important they know what's happening. The chicken padthai they now served is just horrible. I think the Cook County Jail serves better noodles. These are dry, tasteless. I called them back and told them how bad these noodles were and they said "oh just say next time you don't want dry noodles". Seriously, I ordered padthai chicken not dry noodles. I've bought padthai chicken from other places and they're juicy. I was embarrassed to have my friends eat this food. I contemplated going back to the restaurant and have my money back but I just couldn't do it. Hopefully my review could help them improve this dish. I will never buy anything from this...

I’m hoping it was just an off day, but this was easily the worst pad thai I’ve had from dib, and I’m sad to say, one of the worst I’ve had...
