Potbelly — Restaurant in Lake View Township

The old lady who took my order one morning was EXTREMELY RUDE! SHE even made my wreck and only gave me salami on it! Thats not a wreck. Ive been told by others that this same old lady is rude and has an attitude everyday. I feel like because of her nasty attitude i could never even enter this potbellys again.

*Since there is a review sayn no old lady works there and my review is fake yeah she probably doesnt work there any more. But she did. And to say nobody over 30 works there is crazy cause some are most def 40 but go off sir. I work in the area so deff not fake when my coworkers would go they would have the same experience. Also why are their so many bad reviews if im lien people leave jobs or get fired all the time doesnt make my review fake.

The guy who wears a hat is always great tho...

Where do I even start... I ordered a Wreck sandwich like I always do. A wreck salad for my buddy, and a Oreo shake with bananas added to it for myself. I used the app to have my order ready at 7:15. I walked with my puppy to this establishment and got there at 7:16. I waited until 7:35 to get my order handed to me... I couldn’t believe it. There were other people picking up orders aggravated as well. I get home and go to eat.... sandwich didn’t have ANY of the toppings I wanted like hot peppers, pickles, tomato, mustard, and ranch. The shake... didn’t have bananas at all. The salad... NO RANCH! & to top this all off, there was a black hair right on top of my sandwich. I threw it out and got Jimmy Johns. Like come on. This is definitely the last time...

Overall: Location and service make this another great Potbelly stop for a quick and easy bite.

The good: Very convenient location right off the brown line, a great stop if you need to grab food before heading home. One of the few "fast food" options in the immediate area, which is nice. The service has always been friendly in my many stops here. They have a ton of space (some of which seems unnecessary) and even have a piano for people to play on if they want. Place is always clean and professional.

The not-so-good: Not much, just a normal Potbelly's. The wait is sometimes long, but you can't really blame them for that...
