I had to put a star or it would truly be zero. Why? Menu has "Mediterranean Chicken Salad" on 2 for $22 menu (even advertised on TV) and my Wife and i ordered that. Upon ordering, the Waitress told us that she had to see if they had Greek Dressing first..... they had it, and she called it "lucky" for us. She then said that they stopped ordering Greek Dressing and send their staff to store for dressing..??? On your TV Advertised Special Beef O Bradys? Then The Salads came out (my mother got it too, so 3 Salads) and we were told "Sorry, but we are out of Feta" now the tally is 2 ingredients missing from Mediterranean Staple Ingredients of a Med. Salad. The Salad that my plate was Served on had a chip on the side of it which is a Health Code Violation (pictured in photos) With the combo, my Wife and I chose the Buffalo Fries as the App. Picture showed Fries with Buffalo Sauce and Ranch drzzled on the top. Fries were served with only Buffalo Sauce. This is the Cook's Job of course, but if i am the Waitstaff, i notice that upon receiving food from Grill and Correct it before serving to my valued customers. This points to Mgmt. (We'll get there) The photo shows the Ranch that i Drizzled on after the Waitress went back to Cooks to get it. I had to approach the Kitchen Staff because we couldnt locate our Waitress, after we had asked for 4 paper wrappers with silverwear in there, and we were only brought 2. 4 people = 4 silverware sets. Restaurant Service 101. My wife said, at this point, i am good, just keep my salad, which could impact yhe rest of this Loving Husbands day lol. I finally apologized to the Waitress about her having to hear about her Corporation's decisions that would or at least should impact the amount of business that this location receives. I said "For this reason, i would like to speak to mgmt, because you deserve to work for a business that cares about you enough to help you earn a respectable days pay, since Waitstaff are already cut back in pay with expectations that it can be made up for in tips. Manager came out and listened, and performed the "act" of showing understanding to situation. I also let her know that hearing these things are good, because the ship might actually get righted, and that i managed a 5 million dollar/yr restaurant for 2 years before moving to Florida. Also let her know that the Feta Cheese being out DIRECTLY POINTS TO MANAGEMENT and inventory ordering, no matter the waste, nor the market volatility. There are Businwss Write-off procedures pertaining to dated and expired food waste, and every restaurant has a list for that. I had to ask for the check to be adjusted, which i NEVER do due to my experience. She took 10 dollars off so that is fine. I DID TIP THE WAITRESS WELL because it is not her fault.

Read moreUnfortunately, a year later I had to change my review. I had the worst experience on 2/7/2024. I sent emails to both the owner and the general manager as well as the corporate office to receive a full refund due to the terrible service. I never received a response from either so now I have no choice but to change my initial review from a year ago from 5 stars to 1. The irritating part is that it could have been easily fixed. My take out order was missing items, I tried to call to have the items missing refunded. I called the restaurant 10 times and no one answered forcing me to have to drive back to the location. When I went inside the place was disgusting to say the least. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that my order could not be fully refunded even though they had messed it up and forgotten other items forcing me to return to the restaurant by not answering the phone after I attempted to call numerous times. Mind you I called in to place my initial order so why no one answered the phone after 10 times I have no idea. The fair thing would have been to refund my entire order instead it was felt necessary to charge me $10. Since reaching out to the owner and general manager did nothing. I will leave this review here for them. Sometimes it's better just to handle the situation the right way the first time. Read moreAs someone who works at a restaurant I believe this service was unacceptable. Being seated wasn’t an issue, but how are you gonna put us in such a small area with a group of five. Getting drinks wasn’t an issue either but when it came to refills, it took a long while to get them. Like I said as someone who works at a restaurant, if you see a empty cup, ask if the customer needs a refill or just grab one without asking. We had to ask our waitress more than once for the refills, basically hunting her down. Now it comes to the food, FOOD MUST COME OUT ALL TOGETHER! Not 30-45 minutes after half of the food had been taken out. We came to eat as a family, not separate. Not even that, the chicken wings were rocked hard, the chicken thumbs were hard and dry as well, nachos weren’t the best, hardly any cheese, and the buffalo wrap just came out really late. My plate on the other hand was just plan out awful, my whole plate was cold. When I Address the server , she preceded to tell me it just came out, food does not come out cold. I ordered the surf and turf which I normally love, but the shrimp was dry and plan out nasty, my steak made my stomach hurt instantly, and my fries, I didn’t even bother.
