I ordered my food from DoorDash. Food was cold and was delivered by DoorDash quickly I had no sauce in the bag or silverware or napkins when on my order it specified it was a buiness . I called and spoke to the assistant manager in training explained and she just laughed at me and said they didn’t put chop sticks in the bag for you …. I called back this morning to speak to the quote manager. I explained that everything that happened she just kept repeating over and over call DoorDash when I explained that it’s not there fault all my things weren’t in the bag she said get a manager on the phone they will refund you I stated to her I had been on the phone for the last hour with DoorDash and could she help me out by calling them she just YELLED NO several times into the phone…. I told her what am I supposed to do as a customer she said I don’t know not our problem call DoorDash so I asked her for corporates number she stated that it’s only one guy in cooperate and that he’s in the hospital and no one will answer your calls . She resorted herself over and over until I told her I’m not a literate I understand what your saying but you only have one person in corporate she said yup and hung up the phone on me. The number she provided me for cooperate is not the correct number it goes to a retirement home. Could the owner or actual manager follow up and help me with this situation. Coming from a service industry I’ve never had a grown women act like this or treat me this way. When I asked the managers name she said Fiji I asked Gigi ? She said yup to both ? Idk what else to do...

I came in for dinner for my 3 year old. When I ordered I asked for a kids cup to which I was handed a small styrofoam cup to which I put fruit punch in for my son. When the waitress brought the food she told me those cups were for water only. I stated I asked for a kids cup at the register and that’s what I was given. She told me I would have to get up and go pay for the drink leaving my toddler unattended at the table. I went to give her my credit card and again she insisted I come up front while leaving my child in the booth. I paid for the drink and asked her where part of my order was to which she stated it was already brought to my table, which again it wasn’t. She kept repeating “no worries” which is incredibly frustrating as accusing me of stealing a measly $2 drink when I clearly asked for a child’s cup along with suggesting I leave my food and leave my child unattended and also suggesting I was trying to get free food (food for which I paid for and was never delivered to my table) is BIG worries for me. Based on this alone I will NEVER visit your establishment again.
