King's Wok — Restaurant in Lakeland

I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein any other place I have gone it was noodles.... ordered Shrimp Chow Mein from King's Wok and received shrimp cabbage(you see pictured) and after calling back explaining it to her what I have ordered at any other place I got noodles and that I even Google as you can see in the pictures as well and she agreed to cook me shrimp noodles but when we went to pick the order up she said we had to pay for the order so I decided to not repay for something that should have been noodles and just eat the other item I ordered! Started eating my food which was shrimp fried rice with honey chicken the rice had 3 shrimp ONLY and then the chicken had metal mixed in with the chicken(as you see pictured) I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND I WILL ALSO BE PUTTING A REVIEW ON FB AND WHERE ELSE I CAN DUE TO THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!!! I'm giving 3 stars simply out of kindness. I've been there 3 times and all visits combined don't quite even deserve the 3. Ordered different things each time so I wouldn't jump to conclusions on one visit. Today's visit I ordered the chicken Chop Suey. It's pretty bad when you have to wash your dinner through a colander because the sauce is so thick and gooey. Along with the noodles being stale and rice is just rice. Last visit Chicken rice soup, Egg Foo young and fried won tons, won tons were greasy, egg Foo young was not completely cooked and again rice is rice. I'm sure this restaurant will continue doing great business being located in a Publix Plaza but it really would be nice if they stepped up.their game. I have driven from Tampa to this location twice just because of how amazing their food is. Their General Tso's chicken is the best I have ever had, and their spring rolls and egg rolls are amazing. They are perfectly crispy, flaky, and the ingredients inside are amazingly fresh and taste like actual food instead of just random filling most Chinese restaurants use. The oil and sauce used for the General Tso's is beyond amazingly delicious. The vegetable fried rice is always extremely fresh and every ingredient in it is discernable and not just a mix up of vegetables barely fresh that is used at other places. It's difficult to try something new at this place since they make my favorite dish perfect every single time. The one time I got delivery from them while staying at a friend's house in Lakeland they were a bit late, however the food was not cold and still amazing. I will be ordering from them several times...
