My last experience was about a week ago. I went thru drive thru and ordered 2 Large Caramel Frappes with extra caramel. My total was over $9.00. I pulled up to the window to get my order, the employee tried to hand me a frappe that was half full. When I told her that was unacceptable she told me to come inside. I refused and said I would pull up to the 3rd window so they could remake it. A min later a manager came to the window and told me the machine was having issues and it would take about 10 min. I didn't want to wait because I was driving my son to Orlando to see his father and it was a 2 hour drive. So I handed the manager my receipt and asked for a refund. She left and never came back. I waited for about 10 min for a refund that should have only taken about a min or 2. I looked in my mirror and there wasn't anyone in drive thru so I backed up and they told me she was working on it. How long does it take to get a refund? Anyway I pulled back to the 3rd window and was getting upset so I called my daughter and told her I was about to call the Police because something wasn't right. I was correct. Apparently they called the Police on me! Clearly I was being set up. So now I have to explain about a month prior I had gone thru drive thru and my frappe was not made correctly. This was not the first time, so I was prepared. I drove around and parked and went inside. I had brought with me a measuring cup, a Medium Mcdonalds Frappe cup and 16 oz of water. The med frappe is 16 oz and the large is 20 oz. I walked over to the counter and set everything down including my frappe and waited for someone to come over so I could explain. They all looked at me like I was crazy and asked what I was doing. I tried to show them that my large frappe that I paid $5 for was only a medium frappe. I poured the 16 oz of water into the medium cup to show them that this is 16 oz. The cup was full. Then I poured the water into a large frappe cup and it only went to the ice line and that was exactly where it was on my large frappe. The manager came over and yelled at me to get my stuff out of here and before I could say anything she grabbed my cups, the cups that I paid for and brought in including a Polar Pop cup from Circle K and was going to throw them away. I told her to give me my cup that I paid for and she threw it in the trash. So I proceeded to grab my cup out of the trash and as I was bent down, she grabbed my shoulders. I didn't fight or say anything and went to grab my frappe that I paid $5 for and the manager snatched it off of the counter. I said that is my frappe, I paid for it and she placed it back on the counter. As I was getting my things to leave she then proceeded to tell someone to call the cops. She said call the cops, call the cops. When I asked her why she said because you meaning me, came behind the counter. Now remind you I never touched or threatened anyone and she had grabbed me. So I left and drove across to the Publix Plaza and called corporate. So instead I didn't go back for almost a month. I really wanted a frappe for my 2 hour drive and this Mcdonalds was closest to me. I had filled up at the Circle K next door and decided to go through drive thru. Apparently it was the wrong thing to do because they realized it was me and set me up. She had called the Cops on me for no reason and while I was waiting in my car at the drive thru window, she had called the cops on me to have...
Read moreJust got home from the worst experience I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. I order online for curbside. Went and checked into my spot and waited for a good 10 minutes before I started to notice that it seems like there’s something wrong. So I waited another 20 minutes in the curbside parking spot and no one ever came to deliver the food to my car. So I decided to go and go to the drive thru to let someone know I haven’t gotten my food yet. The person on the intercom sounded irritated that I had even mentioned how long I’ve been waiting. Sat in the drive thru for another 20 minutes no cars moving at all. The drive thru lane is now packed with angry customers wanting their food. When I finally get to the first drive thru window I told the cashier guy that I had been waiting for awhile for my food in the curbside lane. He said pull up to the second window. I pulled up to the second window to be greeted by an employee who seemed mad and irritated to be helping me at all. I noticed that there was a bag and drink on the far counter by the front with a drink melted next to it. The employee asked if I had the order of two drinks only and I said no ma’am. I had the curbside order that has been waiting for a long time. The employee then asked where the order was to an employee and the employee didn’t know. I saw her look at the counter twice and saw that the bag and drink had my order number on it on the curbside order counter. I asked the employee is the food cold? She then replied yes it is. I kindly asked if they could remake it fresh and it seemed like that was the wrong question to ask. They did remake the order but they had me wait by the 3rd drive thru window for 15 minutes. The employee brought me the food and didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I will not be ordering anytime soon from this McDonald’s. Save yourself the hassle. There was a lady parked next to me at curbside that had been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes for her food. Poor service and my order was simple. They threw my food together too. Very disappointed because I’ve never had an issue with this...
Read moreAvoid at all costs. Cold fries, a sandwich with two bottom buns, stale biscuits, burnt sausage, and incorrectly made orders. I could handle it for a while, but they seemed to be getting more and more frequent. Now, it doesn't seem to matter anyway, for me.
I was recently banned from the restaurant for attempting to inform the general manager, Tanisha, about a custodian who follows almost n o n e of the regulations required by his job, and has caused me near injury on one occasion, and actual injury on two occasions because he seems to believe it's acceptable to mop the entire floor around you (with too much water, might I add) while you're standing at the urinal, leaving you no choice but to walk through the puddles, or wait there for it to dry. Every other manager either seemed genuinely concerned, or brushed me off, as I reported each incident, but Tanisha took a hostile attitude, and then proceeded to raise her voice to accuse me of having a personal issue with the janitor due to his mental illness, and harassing him. I've spoken with this janitor once, to ask him to allow me to wash my hands before he washed the sink, and he looked me dead in the eyes before turning and mumbling as he began to clean the sink. As for the claim that I have a personal issue because of his condition, I myself have Asperger's, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and I suffer from PTSD due to a traumatic incident a few years back. I haven't been able to get a job in years, I understand how difficult it is, but you don't keep someone in a job where they present an active danger to the customers around them. In addition to poor food quality, you might just be actively in danger if you decide to eat in at this establishment. Avoid...
