I ordered my food over the phone and the guy who was working tonight(06/14/21) that answered the phone was very unprofessional. He rushed me through my order kept cutting me off overall just rude. I understand some places are short staffed but that is not how you treat a customer. I then came to pick up the order noticed on the screen my order was not ready yet and I walk to register and asked even though my food is not ready may I pay for it now. The lady said yes you can. This is when the guy injected his self into our conversation and asked what my order was I proceeded to tell him my name. This point I can tell he is tired and just over worked. He then proceeds to tell me I can pay for my order but it will be another 20 minutes before it is ready. I simple said that is fine I just wanted to pay for it. He then replies back with yea you can pay for it and I'll get to it when I get to it! Now I kept my cool and laughed it off the lady at the register stayed very professional and said sorry for his behavior. I simple told her it is OK I have worked in the food industry for over 14 years it gets hard but you still have to respect every customer that walks through the door......I really thank the young lady working the register for being so pleasant and helpful the guy that is making the pizza on the other hand needs to learn it's what you say and how you say it. The worst‼️ Slow as molasses‼️ Do NOT waste your time going there‼️
Placed online order for a medium pizza + 8 piece wings at 620p Arrived at store at 635p and tapped I'M HERE on the website Between this time and 710p...... NOTHING.....I saw at least 5 people walking out with food!
Needless to say I am a bit upset....I turn off my car and walk in....2 employees walk by without acknowledgement of me.....I ask is my order ready.....5 minutes later.....they finally have it ready....
I ask for a discount off this order being that it took almost an HOUR to complete it....they offer $10 off a future order and said that I'd have to CALL IN for it, because the available discount wouldn't show up on my online account....even though that's how I originally ordered and paid....I said NO because I don't plan on returning here after this experience....then they up the offer to $15.....I told them AGAIN, I DON'T PLAN ON COMING BACK HERE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE 😡
I slid the food back towards the cashier and told them to refund my WHOLE PURCHASE! I no longer wanted the food.
I got in my car, placed an online order to my usual Pizza Hut....lo and behold, it was hot and ready when I arrived 20 minutes later without incident, quite the opposite of this train wreck!
Needless to say.....if I DO decide to switch it up again in the future....Domino's will MOST👏🏾DEFINITELY👏🏾NOT👏🏾BE👏🏾...

This Was The Most Pathetic "Pizza" I Had Ever Seen! (?) WHAT "Sides?!" Are You Kidding Me?! For *5 Toppings, I Could Only SEE The Anchovies. Maybe Some Glued-On Black Olive Slices. They Were So Thin, When Trying To Get A Slice off, What Little Bit of "Cheese" There Was, It Held That Black Olive Slice DOWN! All Others Were Barely Visible!
Don't Be Fooled, People. They Are NOTHING Like Pictures Shown! Our *5 Topping Special Was No More Than 1/4th of An Inch Thick! NO *Extra Crust Around The Pizza! Even A *Thin Pizza Should Have SOMETHING! SERIOUS! *And SALT?! I Knew The Anchovies Would Be Salty. Besides This, It Was Outrageous! And FILLING? Forget It! We Threw Away The Last Slice After *Trying To Find Toppings To Add With Last Slice We Ate. At Least The *COKE Tasted The Same.
