New China — Restaurant in Lakesite

This New China Restaurant is another one of our creative variety mix of very nice restaurants in our Chattanooga area. These Restaurants have certainly contributed as to why our Senic City is one of Most Visitation Attractions in the World 🌎 !! We love variety , and here it is certainly the Spice 😀 of Life. This review is about New China. Shout-out ! It's clean, and very down to earth. The staff is Friendly, and always provides Great Customer Service. Okay y'all got all of this. The Best is yet to come !! Like eating healthy 💪? They gotcha you covered with their variety mix of veggies, and meats. Love shrimp ? I'm talking Hugh Jumbo size delicious I love their anything seafood. They have several other different food choices on their delicious😋 menu. Then go for the Garlic Chicken with noodles. Getting to the Shrimp, those of you who can eat it order the Combo 18, with Garlic Omg 😲. You will be eating Good in the neighborhood. Speaking 🔊 of the neighborhood, its a little further out from our other restaurants. This is to New China's advantage, you guys as well. Need a more little Privacy on the outskirts, of Chatt.Town ? Great place for a date on your way There are nice golf courses in the area. It's surrounded by upscale townhouse, and 🏠. Please don't forget the Popular Chester Frost Park on your way. Its known for camping, senic beauty, fishing,, swimming , retreats, and many more activities....So after eating here go check out any of these places. This whole area is a great place to Stay, and Play. New China 🇨🇳 will thank you. You will thank them as well 😊. I Love ❤️...

Well I hate to say, but this is the first, and last time we order from New China. I hate to leave a bad review so let's just think of it as constructive criticism.

We ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan combo, Sweet and Sour chicken combo and pan fried dumplings. Let's start with being told 25 mins for the order to be ready. Only to have to wait an addition 15 mins upon arriving to pick up order. And now the food.....The "fried rice" isn't fried! It had one pea, not even one little piece of onion, no egg, no soy... And the rice was YELLOW?? 🤷🏼‍♀️ This is not friend rice. Moo goo had no snow peas, no water chestnuts, no baby corn and lacked flavor. S and S Chicken was good. Not overly battered. The egg rolls had a mushy interior. No crunch of cabbage. No shreds of cabbage, just soft and mushy. Dumplings did have a good flavor but again, soft on the inside. Any dumpling I've ever eaten contains pork, like a little pork meatball. This was mushy. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was good though. Matter of fact, it was used to pour over the Moo Goo to give it some flavor, because soy sauce wasn't even doing the trick. What we ordered is our go-to order at any Chinese restaurant. This used to be the best chinese in the area - what happened?? New management? When I ask they no longer speak english. So disappointed with the past two times I've ordered here. My mu shu tastes like vinegar?? I'm scared it will make me sick. I ordered shrimp fried rice a couple of weeks ago.... It was the worst shrimp fried rice I ever had and they refried my egg roll to make it hot again is what I'm figuring based on the taste of it and the oiliness of it.
