Completely shocked at the lack of customer service shown by female employee Hadyni tonight. I placed and paid for my order online at 2:39 pm online to take advantage of the buy one footlong, get one free promotion for pick up at 6:45. I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:35 and informed one of the male employees I was a little early. He asked my name which was provided- that’s where things went awry. Hadyni looked at her computer screen and said there wasn’t an order under my name. I said well, I have already paid for it and was certain this was the right location. She asked which store address- I told her it was this one on Hixson Pike. She said “well we haven’t had any orders under that name in the last 5 hours.” I pulled up my email which showed the order number, store address, and confirmation number. I asked her to search by the order number- she refused. She also refused to even review my email confirmation and told me to call the Hixson location to see if it was sent there. I asked what I could do since I already paid- she said you’ll have to call the Hixson location since it’s not in our system. We cant make the sandwiches. Instead, I sat down to call customer service. Then, miraculously, Hadyni said, “It just came in.” Shocking. I was appalled at her lack of customer service and basically scoffing at me like I was stupid throughout the transaction. Further, she was coughing repeatedly, sniffling and wiping her nose. Though she stepped away to cough, she didn’t change her gloves or wash her hands. Read moreWe ordered online and gave plenty of time for our order to be made. When my husband got there not only did he have to stand in a long line but was told they hadn't even started it. When he finally got home we were missing sandwiches! After all that we didn't even have everything. I called the store to request a refund and was informed they do not have managers/shift supervisor on shift and none of the kids there knew who to call, what to do or how to handle the situation. I was given "Melinda's " phone number who I was told was their manager and of course she did not answer or return my call. I then called another location close by hoping to get a number to a area manager or even talk to a store manager who may could help explain to the kids what to do but found yet another kid COMPLETELY ALONE IN THE STORE!!! What kind of company has children running stores with no supervision nor training on how to handle situations?!?! She also had no clue who to contact other than someone named "Bill" would be coming by her location later that day and that maybe he was some kind of manager. I then called the hixson pike store back (where we ordered) and asked that they try to call Melinda and see if she could walk then through what to do. They did and thankfully she answered to them and walked them through canceling the order. These kids should have been trained how to deal with this....but most importantly should NOT be left to run a store completely blind! And that poor kid working the other location alone!!! Read moreI love Subway and have eaten at many different ones but thus particular store owner made a mark in my memory. I had gone to subway to get a late lunch/early supper for my parents and I. It was their slow time of day and no other customers were there. The owner and manager were working on the accounting and the register was down as part of the process. I placed my order and as usual it was quickly filled. Now time to pay, but the register was down and the owner didn't know how to bring it back up. The manager did but it would cause the accounting process to be restarted. The owner, unlike most owners of similar establishments, was more mindful of my time and convince than his profit, decided to guesstimate my total. But instead of getting ut as close as possable to correct he just had me pay something for each item. My convience cost him about 75% of what my order should have been. I questioned the amount because ut was so lie I thought he had made a mistake. He let me know that he didn't have a lot of available time to do the accounting procedure and had chose that time so it could be fit into his schedule but he in no way expected me to pay or be inconvinced for his busy life. I paid and thanked the owner then on my way home was trying to find the point that I was inconvienced. I got my order in a great time and paid about a quarter of my bill. Nothing inconvenient about that. I met a very ungreedy bussiness man and conducted a transaction that was unuaualy plesant and saved me a lot of what I was...
