Mr. Scrib's Pizza — Restaurant in Laketon Township

We We just went here October the 15th 2024 for the first time in about 3 years and it was awesome it's been bought out they were very polite no cussing no swearing you can take your kids back in there now and the pizza was just excellent and the people that were working there were dressed appropriately for what they're doing I really liked it I recommend it highly Lady just bought that Nice people nice employees

Have not been to Scribs In N Muskegon for approx 3 years Thought we would try them again ordered a deluxe double sausage pizza and received a deluxe pizza with a small amount of sausage and triple pepperoni.I realize sausage costs more which we would gladly pay than getting something we did not want or order . Probably will be another 3 or more years before we go back there.

Asked for crispy pizza N Muskegon Received a raw doughy under cooked pizza , when we asked about this terrible pizza we were told by a large bald headed earrings no shirt sleeves man that there is nothing they could do as they have been having problems with their dough. 6 months ago we had the same problem . No more . Used to be good no more . Did nothing for us to replace or return money even though we showed them their workmanship . Terrible plus other workers with no sleeves spaghetti strap shirt arm pit hair and serving the food to the counter area . I am 59, born and raised in Muskegon. Mr. Scrib's (on Laketon) is the first pizza place I can recall in Muskegon, and the first pizza I can recall eating... EVER!

I am a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur. 😁 I've eaten pizza at MANY a pizza place, from East Coast to West Coast, and I can honestly say that Scrib's is in my top 5 favorites. I wish I could proclaim them #1, but it's just not there. Top 5 is great, though, given how many places I've had pizza! Their pizza at all locations (except Apple, which I haven't had)is consistently good.

My ONLY complaint is that they won't deliver past the Causeway. 😒 Coney Land, which is 5.4 miles from us, will deliver to us (via Door Dash, successfully, I will add). Mr Scrib's is 4.5 miles away. They say they'll deliver to places 5 miles and closer, but they won't deliver here.We're between Marquette School and MCC, so it's not a difficult place to deliver to. What does the Causeway have...

Ordered a large deluxe with onions on our way home from New Era last night and was told it would be about 20 minutes, when we got ther 25 minutes later we were told that they couldn't find our order, then another person im assuming was the manager came and said it would be about 5 minutes and took payment. Another customer pulled up behind us and the manager asked us to pull forward and I asked if they just put our order in and they said yes they had to remake it. For 1 I dont think they had to remake it, they never put it in so I asked for a refund and one of them was really disrespectful! It looks like e everyone working was a bunch of high schoolers in there not caring about anything but laughing and playing around! Ive been getting your pizza for years and after dealing with that, I wont be back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there! The only reason im giving a star is because I cant post this...
