Everytime I have ordered from this Domino's, there has been a problem with my order. The most recent issue I had involved a bottle of soda. We ordered a 2 liter bottle of Coca Cola. The store called us to say they were out of stock and offered either Diet Coke or Sprite. We responded saying we would like diet coke in that case. When the delivery arrived we were given Sprite. When we called the store to try to make this right they said "well we aren't just going to give you a free soda." I'm sorry, but I didn't ask for this. Why even call and confirm if you were just going to send whatever your heart desires? Domino's gives people free pizza, something that is objectively more expensive than a soda, all the time.
I don't even care about the soda. When did a business stop taking accountability for their mistakes? I should be allowed a refund for something I didn't even order. As someone who has worked for a pizza chain, I know you can give away a free item to make up for your mistakes. It's not even about the money. I can afford a gd soda. I'm sick and tired of business that rake their consumers over the coals.

Read moreAfter a long trip we got home and being too tired to go out, we ordered from Domino's. They got everything on our order correct but swapped out the Coke we had ordered with a diet one. Wouldn't be a big deal normally but I'd rather drink diesel fuel than a diet coke (five out of five on the yuck scale for me).
I contacted the store hoping the driver who had just left could swap it out, but he was already on his way back. The manager was polite and apologized for the mishap, after checking my phone I did see a missed call which must have been the driver to inform me that they had run out of regular coke.
I really appreciate that they were able to make things right, I know how stressed everyone is with the pandemic and I know I annoyed the manager and driver with my request but it the small things in life that can make a difference.

Read moreI got a dry pizza that was all dough I asked to talk to the manager Kristen for a refund. She was rude. She acted like a 10.50 refund was coming out of her pay. She PROMISED me it would be put back on my Visa card, but she couldn't give me a "refund receipt" because of some trouble with the store printers ??? I don`t see the refund on my statement. I have had poor customer service from Kristen in the past. I think Kristen bullies the staff and customers. Kristen is bad for business. The pizza from the Lakeville Dominos has gone downhill over the past few months.
