Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeville

Placed an order in the app for pick up. Somehow I unknowingly selected remove cheese. Definitely can’t say how this happened because i only clicked on add toppings. When i picked up pizza and noticed there was no cheese i asked the manager to please add, it was ordered incorrectly. True mistake. She was incredibly rude and proceeded to tell me that since it was an online order that i would have to pay $4 to add cheese in store. This is absurd! The pizza is supposed to come with cheese at the price i paid. I certainly didn’t receive a $4 discount on a pizza without cheese! She told me if she just added the cheese for me that she would be out $7 in cheese inventory. She finally threw her hands up and said she would pay for it herself. The other employee added cheese and i left. I will not be returning to this location because of this women’s behavior. ...

It was Halloween and I thought, perfect night for pizza. I logged on to the ap and found there was NO wait time, ASAP around 30 minutes. So I went ahead and ordered. I arrived roughly 15 minutes after my promised time and then I waited. I waited with roughly 50 of my new BFFs as we watched the most mis-managed disaster, I've ever seen. Their seemed to be plenty of young helpers but no one was managing the orders. I watched partial orders come out over and over again. Like I said no one was managing the orders or what order they came in or even what pizzas went together. After waiting over 2 hours for 2 of my 3 items, I was given 2 other products and sent on my way. The whole time they were still taking online orders. The man I suspect was a manager, said he couldn't get it shut off but he was out...

Halloween ordering was insanity- I went in twice to pick up my pizza and wasn't acknowledged. Nobody was. It was a line out the door, and nobody in the store was calling out names, asking to help, trying to figure things out. I understand that it is an extremely busy day- but the customer service was non existent. I placed an online order FIVE HOURS before I went to pick up, and my large pizza, the one they advertise for FOR Halloween, seemed to be lost in the mix. Maybe. I'm not sure, because I wasn't helped. I asked and an employee just walked away. I came back one hour later to try again and it was even worse. So I left and didn't even get my food since I was on a time constraint. I thought ordering 5 hours ahead would give them enough time to make a pepperoni pizza but...
