The team took a look on the spot, let me know what repair work was needed, and also recommended some routine maintenance that I had neglected over the years. I appreciated that the staff weren't pushy at all about the suggested maintenance items, and they helped prioritize the list of maintenance items to work with my budget. Service was completed ahead of schedule, and for less than the estimate that was provided as they found that some of the components were still in good shape and did not need replacing....

Incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, Josh (the owner) immediately greeted us and was amazing to work with. We bought 4 new Trek FX bikes for the family (ranging from 20” to x-large), and throughout the process Josh was extremely informative and fun to work with. He coached us through all the unknowns and the bikes we got were amazing. Shoutout to Tom + team for being very friendly and helpful as well.
