Subway — Restaurant in Lakeville

There are several Subway locations near my house, and this one is the best. The location can be frustrating to navigate as it is part of a busy truck stop, but once you've been there a couple of times it's easier to find your way in and out.

When they have the items you are looking for, the food is usually good. Unfortunately, they are frequently out of things like meatballs, bread types, or your favorite cookie flavor.

In addition, the staff can be inconsistent. The last two times I ordered for pickup, the online service has my order marked as ready, but the staff were only halfway through making my order. They were friendly and apologetic when I arrived, and were clearly working on training some newer staff members - I know that can be frustrating, especially when they are making online orders and serving customers in the store while training new employees. Other times I've picked up or ordered inside, I've had no issues and the staff was fast and efficient.

If this store maintained better stock levels and had more consistent staff, I feel they would see a significant uptick in business. They are clearly working on the staffing issues, and I'll check back in with them over the next 6 months to see if this review needs...

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway franchise in Lakeville and I was quite pleased with my experience. The standout of my meal was definitely my sandwich - it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly toasted. The staff was attentive and assembled my sandwich exactly to my liking.

However, I do have a minor issue with the cookies. In my experience, the quality of the cookies at this location tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes, they are perfectly baked, moist and chewy, while at other times, they can be a bit on the dry side. Fortunately, you can usually tell by looking at them whether they are going to be dry or not. So, just keep an eye out for the fresher batches.

All in all, my visit to this Subway was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this location for a quick and tasty sandwich, just be sure to inspect the cookies before making a decision. Overall, a solid 4...

I don't write reviews often, but this place is so terrible that I finally had to. A couple weeks ago I ordered subs off the app for pick up; When I got home, the subs had meat and cheese on them, but all of the toppings were skipped. I did hear back from the manager and got a gift card. I just used that gift card tonight and both my subs were wrong. Both of the subs had completely wrong toppings on them, to the point where they weren't even edible for us. This location has made every order of mine wrong, but it was usually just the wrong type of cheese or something small, so I never reached out. But the last two times have been an absolute horrible experience with the subs not even being close to correct. It's got to the point where I will drive further to go to another location. I do not recommend...
