Brockmeyer's has only been open for about a month according to the lady I spoke to (which I assume is the owner). It's so new that the image on Google maps hasn't updated yet. But the building has been refurbished and looks amazing on the inside! Yelp also has not updated their hours, so I called to double check that they were open before driving over. As of now, they are closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. I went on a Sunday around 11am and there was plenty of parking. Walking in, I was surprised to see a kitchen full of people busy cooking and prepping food. I asked the lady what was going on over there and she said it was a commissary kitchen where these volunteers prepare food for people who are in need. So heartwarming that they are willing to share their space for the greater good. They had a variety of drinks on the menu, but I opted for a house drip coffee and a latte with almond milk. To be honest, the coffee wasn't spectacular, but this place still deserves 5 stars because the customer service and ambiance of this spot is outstanding. The staff are really nice and so welcoming. I even got a little chocolate espresso bean on top of my drink to try. Such a small, but nice touch! The pretzels looked absolutely divine (but unfortunately I have a gluten-intolerance so I can't try it) however, my friend said that he'll be back to try it and let me know how it is. It smelled and looked like the typical German pretzel--maybe the one bite will be worth the pain...I guess we'll find out next time! Overall, great place, and can't wait to see what else they...
Read moreAbsolutely obsessed with Brockmeyer’s. I’m originally from the East Coast and not easily impressed when it comes to baked goods. I’ve also spent time in Paris, so I take my croissants seriously. The everything bagel croissant here is next-level — flaky, buttery, perfectly seasoned, and totally addictive. It’s genuinely one of the best I’ve had anywhere, including France.
I’ve also been on a mission to find a proper soft pretzel since moving out west, and Brockmeyer’s is the first place that actually nailed it. Golden, chewy, flavorful — it reminded me of home in the best way.
Everything is made fresh, the ingredients are high quality, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The coffee is fantastic too. It’s the kind of spot that instantly becomes your favorite, not just because the food is amazing, but because it’s clear how much care and heart goes into every single thing they do.
If you believe in supporting local businesses — especially ones that are raising the bar for food and community — this place deserves your visit. Whether you’re in the mood for artisan pastries, a killer breakfast, or just a cozy spot with good vibes, Brockmeyer’s delivers. Get there early. The everything croissants go fast, and for...

The coffee? So good - try the tres leche latte.
The food? Oh My Heavens the food! Brock's sticky buns / caramel pecan rolls are incredible. The first time I ate one I cried because it tasted 99% like my late Gramma's. It actually brought tears to my eyes. My usual here is an everything bagel with the homemade cream cheese. YUMMY!
The people? Brock- the owner - is so nice. He definitely knows his craft. Jordan - the barista - THE BEST! He's funny, kind, and an overall good human.
The atmosphere? There's quite the wide demographic here. Families, singles, young, old . . . There seems to always be someone working at a laptop, young mommas with babies, couples having breakfast, older fellas at the bar . . . . Quirky decorations make it extra fun.
The only thing I could possibly whine about is the limited number of days they are open and the short hours. But it's working for them so who am I to criticize?
Lots of love for...
