Cassidy’s Corner Cafe Drive Thru — Restaurant in Lakewood

I ate at the other cassidys corner on Del amo litterally every day I worked at the gas station in the same parking lot I only stopped eating there because one of the younger employees touch tissue and then my sandwich while I was watching him I did not write a review of that place because the owners are friends of mine and the rest of the people that work there all became close friends of mine so I did not want to write anything bad about them but this has to be written about this place first off to be located where you're located where there are plenty of homeless people around if I gave someone money and they wanted to get a healthy snack they couldn't because they have to have a credit card this is not kind this is not cool and what is even stupider is the fact that I don't eat meat so I asked for something that has meat on it and asked if I could substitute a slice of avacado for the meat that I am already paying for. I did the exact same thing about a week ago in the morning and they definitely did it for me they put avocado on I'm not actually receiving but then today someone give me the price and it was not the correct price I paid $10 for the same item a few days ago they wanted to charge me more without even telling me for avocado when I asked them to substitute it for the meat. This makes NO SENSE. We dont all have money trees. This is selfish and unkind and not customer friendly I will NEVER visit this establishment again and I will go on a campaign until I am sure the real people in charge hear my complaint. I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. First, the place was filthy—tables were sticky, floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, and even the counters were a mess. It made me question how sanitary the kitchen might be.

The customer service was just as bad. The staff seemed annoyed that I was even there, and they were rude when I asked basic questions about the menu. No smiles, no politeness—just a terrible attitude all around!

As for the food, the bagels were stale, the cream cheese tasted off, and the sandwich I ordered (joe’s special) was borderline inedible. Nothing felt fresh or worth the price.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Save your money and your time—there are much better...

I visited Cassidy's around 8:30am on a weekday, it wasn't too busy, the drive thru was not open yet. I got the breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon on a plain bagel- I did not love it but it was filling (I was only able to eat half). It was also dry- maybe next time I'll try it with cream cheese or avocado. I appreciate meat options other than pork. I tried the 4-2-1 oatmilk iced coffee- from what I remembered the cashier said it consists of double brewed vanilla coffee, vanilla syrup and half and half or oatmilk- it was ok.
