I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with the management and staff at this location. I drove over an hour to purchase some Supreme bags they were advertising for $12, which seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival, I was informed they only had the bags in black. While that was fine, as I knew these items were in high demand, I specifically asked if they had any in red. The employee assured me they did not.

However, shortly after, a new customer walked in, and as she began browsing, the same employee pulled out the very red Supreme bag I had just inquired about and offered it to her. When I confronted the employee and pointed out the inconsistency, they offered a weak, unconvincing excuse, suggesting that the woman had somehow set the bags aside. This was clearly not the case. I watched her walk in, ask about other color options, and be presented with the red bag that had been directly denied to me moments before.

This behavior is not only a blatant display of favoritism but also an example of extremely poor business practices and customer service. The management failed to address the issue appropriately and seemed uninterested in resolving the matter or providing any satisfactory explanation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you’ve made the effort to drive a long distance with the expectation of fair and honest service. Myself, a friend of mine and my teenage daughter stumbled up on it only because my daughter was going to a birthday party in the same parking lot so to kill time we decided to go into the store and just walk around and see what we could find and low and behold nothing but treasures we took our time and went through the bins and laughed and talked All three of us came out with items. My girlfriend came out with 20 to 30 pieces. I think I may have had like 15. Daughter had like two or three I love it there. I will definitely go be returning. great prices but rude staff. we came on a friday which is $12 for anything. this lady wouldn’t give us a box full of mini bags that we saw and when we asked why, she threw the box away from us and just kept saying no. the owner was telling everyone that all bags are $3 for that day and luckily we saw one jansport backpack. the same lady put it as $12 and so we told her the owner said its $3. she called the owner and he confirmed that its $3. she was telling him that its an american brand and shouldn’t only cost $3 but the owner said its still $3 but she put $4 instead so we told the cashier and she corrected it for us after asking the lady and the lady kept saying a lot of stuff in spanish that i could barely understand since i only know a little. it was a pretty annoying experience. people handle the stuff pretty bad too, there should be more rules for handling...
