Where to start? Ordered at 6:52(android app advised us it would be 29-39 minuets), got an update at 7:01 PM that our order was being quality inspected, called the store at 7:45 PM to ask when to expect out order and was told the update was "just some corporate thing and not that our order was prepared yet, they wait to prepare it when they have a driver to deliver it." Pizza arrived just after 8:00 PM. I used my calibrated digital thermometer to check the temperature of the chicken and pizzas(see pictures). The dipping sauce was supposed to be ranch and received habanero(Useless to my wife). Crust was too dark, definitely not fresh(I used to work at dominos a long time ago, and was one of my favorite jobs ever), but it was like the mistake/leftover pizzas eaten by employees at the end of the shift. The bright spot was the driver. Polite, apologetic but not overly apologetic = Sincere, asked what I'd like to do, so I kept the food to finish taking pictures, and I was already charged for it anyway. App accepted our complaint and gave us a free pizza with their points. I am really regretting trying a slice since my stomach is unsettled...
Read moreCurrently as I write this, I'm waiting for a pizza and some wings to be delivered. I order fairly reqularly and haven't experienced too much hassle. But I ordered this pizza an hour and a half a ago. According to their app, a driver was sent over an hour ago to deliver the pizza. Also about 15 minutes ago, according to the app, the pizza was delivered. I'm not one to call in and complain, but after I post this review, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I work in the food industry, so I know how it goes sometimes, and I'm usually pretty generous with my tips. But if I received my pizza now, I don't know if I would trust it's ingredients and there is no way it's still warm and fresh. I'm just glad I planned to pay with cash and I don't have to deal with getting a refund. I know the driver will probably have to cover the cost of my meal, but at this point, Id say good. I was really hoping by this point in writing this review I would've at least received a call apologizing. My phone number is on file. But since I'm left here hungry and mad, i have no regrets...

Ok, it's Domino's. So I'm not gonna waste any time here talking about the quality of the food, because we all know - large, soulless, corporate pizza conglomerate doing its best to offer the most mediocre pizza experience imaginable to middle America (I think their corporate motto might be "Don't Rock the Boat")
But, I kid you not, this particular location has given me easily three or four free pizzas in the last few months all because THEY were dissatisfied with THEIR service! How's that for a corporate monstrosity taking responsibility?
I've had zero complaints about the last several times I've ordered delivery from these guys. And yet, after three or four of my last five orders, I've received an email from them stating "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be" that contained a coupon for a free 12" two-topping pizza.
