Subway — Restaurant in Lakewood

0 stars, but only gave it a 1 because I had to make a selection. Went in tonight to pick up an online order at 4:30pm, one door was locked, and I had to walk around "loiterers" to get in the building through the other door. I didn't realize it at the time I walked by the loiterers that they were talking to me, they said "She is in the bathroom". I didn't put it together until later that they must have been talking to me. Upon entering, vulgar profane laced music was playing very loudly, and no one was behind the counter. If I had not already paid for my order, or if I had had my children with me we would have walked out immediately because there is no need for that music in a place of business. Waited, rang bell, waited...shouted "hello?"....Finally a lady came out from what appeared to be the bathroom, wearing street clothing and gave me my order. I couldn't even be sure she officially worked there because she literally looked like she walked in off Colfax. I couldn't believe how dirty it felt being in that space. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. This location has gone downhill. I hope the food was ok, but it seemed like my order had been sitting there a while since I put it in ahead of time for a later pickup.....NEVER...

I went to Subway today ,two people working a guy and an older lady! The guy was busy on the register the girl was pulling some trays and doing her own thing but she didn't even acknowledge me or the other customers, that is what really upset me if she would have taken a moment and just said I'll be right with you! That would have made a difference But instead she didn't even acknowledge me or anything she didn't say anything but doing her thing instead of helping us the guy that was at the register was fantastic I think he felt bad so after a while of her ignoring everybody he said I will be right with you ! He started sandwiches she finally jumped into fill them it seems like she was having a hard time focusing because she didn't remember a few of the toppings, the lettuce did not look very good the whole sandwich wasn't that good, I asked for some extra napkins She gave me one , bottom line I probably won't go back this is the second time the, sandwiches were bad but most important is the customer service which really needs improving and...

Went here yesterday. You have two workers outside in their cars as I pull in. You have one guy inside working. The man outside came in after I did because the line grew in 2 minutes. So he walks in doesn't wash his hands and grabs the guys sandwich in front of me. He's rushing the man in front of me. Just a rude sandwich artist. I spoke up and said I'm not in a hurry and asked the man to wash his hands. He got upset but everyone wanted him to clean his hands. You know, there is different variant of COVID going around. These workers don't have to wear masks no more. And this guy don't want to wash his hands!! Food industry 101!! Wash your freaking hands.

The veggies they had on deck were not very scrumptious. Discolored and not very fresh looking. You can tell they are refrigerating veggies more than they need to. So this rating for me is from me coming here more than a handful of times. It never got better from the first time I been here. Just make sure these workers are washing their hands and doing what they need to for...
