I had a really horrible experience there recently. Two employees were so nasty when I signed up for a rewards program and then the free sandwich that was offered for signing up wasn’t honored. One employee yelled out across the store too when I inquired about this and I told the owner about it. She was nice and told me she would add some things to my account to make up for it and review the camera footage that shows one of the employee’s incredibly nasty conduct in front of customers.I never heard back after we spoke and nothing was added to my account. Corporate never responded to me either. I know the owner of that store had something going on and I completely understand but this should have been on her radar. The excuse is that the owner was out for awhile and they are stressed. Their disgusting behavior has no excuse and they should be ashamed. I won’t go back. Thank you to John though for at least being so nice and giving me the free sandwich but the owner should have done a lot more. Corporate didn’t seem to care either. I won’t tolerate conduct like this and no one should - there is no excuse.
