This place is lucky to even get one star from me. Manager is a joke. How hard is it to make a pizza. Waited 40mins for three extra mostest pizza with stuff crust. Took them home only to find out they had absolutely no cheese EXCEPT in the crust. So I took them back. First thing when I walk in the door, manager approached me and said with attitude "What's wrong?" I explained, and showed him the issue. He claimed the reason was, it bubbled so all the cheese went to one side. How could this happen if there is no cheese in the first place. I even showed them to him. His response then was either take them as they are and get free pizza next time, or just have them remade. Not once did he offer a refund. I simply requested to just have them remade. I was being very respectful, not wanting an issues. Well this guy had or plans. He proceeded to take the old pizzas then turn his back, and start telling wow over and over again. Throwing the pizzas with force into the trash can. Throwing around pans so loud that other customers just walked out, and left my ear ringing. Getting dirty looks from the other employees. At this time I'm just hiding in a corner, just waiting again for my pizzas. Then when do get done I get more sarcastic attitude. Not once did they ever say sorry. Not once. I mean all I wanted was some pizza. Not a drama theater at my own expense. I also was a frequent customer. Not anymore. The managers two year old temper tantrum was enough for me. He didn't even show his face again after taking the...
Read moreI’m not one who is normally picky about my pizza. Every other little Caesars I’ve been to has been good enough to where I cannot complain, Because for five dollars you can get a lot. This location is literally the worst little Caesars I’ve been to and I’ve been to multiple little Caesars from across the country. They almost never have any hot and ready options so you always have to wait 12 minutes for a hot and ready pizza
I understand when there’s a big rush and sometimes everyone does gets all the pizzas but this happens multiple times at multiple days and no one seems to prepare for that rush. there is no one at the front counter so it looks like the place is abandoned. Let me tell you it’s hard to complain about five dollar pizza but this pizza is not worth a single dollar.
The lack of pizzas are not even the worst issue. The pizza half of the time is almost all crust thats just lazy
I am a frequent patron little Caesars pizza, and I love the company. I’m originally from Mississippi and almost every little Cesar’s there is perfect because there is not much expected of you
so keep that in mind when I say do not go to this little Caesars matter how Inexpensive the pizza is. It is not worth the cardboard...
Read moreSweet mother of all that is holy, this place cannot get anything together. This is the simplest possible business model of all time: have the three most common items baking all the time on rotation, cheese, pepperoni, sticks, you know, so it's hot and ready. I've never walked in and successfully gotten any food, there's either a line of angry customers waiting, or I get through the line and am told it's gonna be 20 minutes for something they advertise as having there ready at all times. Absolutely terrible. There are children's restaurant mobile games harder than running this business model. Just today I ordered up a cheese hot and ready, no big deal, 10 mins she said, ok fine no problem I'll go to the grocery next door for a second. Get back, she sells the cheese they made for me to a guy that walks in at the same time with my name printed on the box. She asked what was I waiting on, I said the one you just gave away, refund me ASAP....
