Title: A Disappointing Experience at Orión Sushi Recently, my family and I visited Orión Sushi, and I would like to share our experience. Unfortunately, I felt very sad and disappointed for several reasons during our time at this establishment. I want to emphasize that while I may not have unlimited funds, I truly appreciate good service and the attention that we all deserve. My family and I are avid lovers of Japanese cuisine, especially sushi. We had not dined in a restaurant for quite some time, so I decided to treat my children to a meal at Orión Sushi, which was conveniently located near our home. I was excited to dine in and enjoy a meal together, something we hadn't done in a while. From the moment we arrived, I noticed uncomfortable glances from the staff. Even though it was a Saturday and they may have been tired, our waiter acted unfriendly, unsociable, and overall unpleasant. I became increasingly uncomfortable as each minute passed. Furthermore, it seemed that the unfriendly glares only came from the people in front, not the sushi chefs. When I placed my order, I made a very specific request, which was completely ignored. It was extremely disheartening to receive a dish that I usually enjoy but ended up causing stomach pain. Sushi dishes are not usually cheap, and in our case, we spent over $100 for three people, which I find quite significant. In addition to the uncomfortable glances and lack of attention, they even started sweeping nearby before we had finished our meal, even though it was not yet closing time. This was the first time I did not leave a place in such a situation because everyone's money is valuable, and we all deserve respect. I deeply regret not leaving from the beginning. Not only did I leave with a bad taste in my mouth and stomach pain from the frustration and helplessness I felt, but it also made me wonder if Latinos are not welcome in this establishment. I cannot generalize, but I come from a culture where we appreciate every detail of the places we visit. I chose Orión Sushi based on its high ratings, but I was not the only one who left unsatisfied that night. Even the employees themselves did not express gratitude towards customers, whether they were American or of any other nationality. In conclusion, my experience at Orión Sushi was very disappointing. While I value the work of every individual, the lack of attention, uncomfortable glances, and poor service marred our visit. We all deserve respect, and generalizations should not be made. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service and the experience of other customers. If you are considering visiting Orión Sushi, I would recommend taking our experience into account and exploring other options in the area to ensure a more satisfying dining experience.

What an amazing sushi experience! This was our first visit here and I'm sad that we are just now discovering this place! We absolutely love sushi, but always seem to crave it on Mondays when our usual sushi spots are closed. We stumbled upon this place online and the restaurant looked nice and food looked yummy! I'm happy we gave it a try, this is now one of our favorites! Restaurant is very clean, and laid out nicely! You have options to sit at tables, tables with booths, and also up at the sushi bar. The staff was very friendly and attentive, we were sat right away! It was refreshing that it wasn't too busy either! Food was AMAZING! They unfortunately don't have All You Can Eat options, but it didn't matter to us since it was our first time here. We ordered the Hako sushi roll, Crazy Salmon Roll, Playboy Roll, and the Red Dragon Roll along with some of the nigiri. We also tried the Pork Gyoza. Everything was awesome! The Crazy Salmon Roll is on the spicy side, so be prepared! It was really good though! For dessert, we tried the Tiramisu. It was good, but next time I'll get the Mochi ice cream instead. The staff was very attentive and friendly! The bathrooms were also very clean (yes, I pay attention to the bathrooms because dirty bathrooms usually means other areas are dirty too). Everything about this sushi restaurant was great! We are very happy we found this place, we love sushi and I highly recommend coming here if you're a fan of great sushi restaurants!

First time here during lunch with my sister and based on the reviews itself we wanted to try it out. But in my opinion I felt like the food and experience didn't stand up to par with most of the reviews posted on here. Two servers and one sushi chef....I have never been to a sushi restaurant with less than two sushi chefs and the reason why is to keep up with the orders being taken. It got to the point where the one sushi chef got overwhelmed and a server had to go back and help make the orders. The service was ok, didn't feel like it was amazing since the greeting point was like a hi, bye type feeling. The food was priced ok for some of their specialty rolls but the sushi/sashimi for 2pcs an order was expensive. 2pcs was about $7-$21 depending on what you ordered. I've been to places where you can order good quality sushi rolls for $21 and it was rolls with toro in it or even lobster. For the price of 2pcs Orion was charging for, I could've gotten 4pcs at other sushi restaurants. Sushi rolls we ordered as well was tasting more like the sauce then the actual fish we were eating. Unfortunate because I'm paying to be able to eat and taste the fish I'm eating not drown in sauce. Preparation of the food was done well but I probably won't be coming back anytime soon. But if they had been more preppy from the start and had help preparing the orders rather than have one sushi chef alone doing all the order everything would've probably been better.
