Burger King — Restaurant in Lakewood

Last night was so incredibly frustrating with the lady at the window. I don’t know who was working at 10:30 at the window. A lady who was heavier set as well as Hispanic (has nothing to do with this but I wanna know who it is tbh cause of how rude she was.) to start every time I come here we have a good experience with the older Hispanic lady as well as the young man that that usually works morning shift window. Every time we see this girl at the window we instantly know something is gonna be messed up. Not only did 2 times in a row our 7 dollar trio was messed up (I have a mayo allergy and we tell her every time) and then we get to last night: 10:34. We pull up order our food. I stuttered for a moment and she very rudely went “ma’am I’m listening please hurry” so I said “oh I’m sorry I stuttered a bit” then didn’t tell us the total. I forgot my card so I had to transfer money to my friend. But I didn’t know the price of the food. She waited ten minutes to show up to the window. And then when I started to transfer the money which maybe took about 20 seconds, she tapped her finger on the window and then slammed the window right as I held up my tap to pay. Then didn’t come back for another 5 minutes. And when she finally got back she didn’t speak to me handed me my food and phone and then I asked for 4 ranch and 4 Barbecue and said in a tone “I can only give you 3 of each” uh bull- cause most of your employees if we get that amount of food we got will give it to us so weird but whatever didn’t even care. Finally it happens she goes to slam the window on me AGAIN. And when she does. She forgot my shake. So I had to KNOCK ON THE WINDOW. And ask for my shake. I’ll be coming back but if that girls working. I’m requesting another worker. If she doesn’t want to be in costumer service put her in the back and bring back my lovely window workers that are always...

I had just got done working 33 hours straight, it was 11:12pm, and I was cold, and STARVING. I start beating myself up bc I know nothing in CO is open very late, and I still didn't pack anything extra for the drive, and then I remember... The Burger King sign- it said open till midnight, plenty time to get to the burger king on alameda and sheridan. I'm just 10 min away. I get there and I see the Texas Whopper on the sign and I start salivating. I pull up to the window, and I juuuust barely catch and employee diving out of sight... Kid you not. I can't believe my eyes, so I wait a little and try and get their attention. As quickly as possible, I bump my horn. Nothing. It's not 11:43pm. The next closest BK Lounge, is this one now that I am reviewing. I fly through the lot and pull up to the speaker, I'm so anxious no one's going to answer me that I feel like I'm going to throw up. I puke in my mouth a little and swallow it say "hello?"....... With my own ears, I hear the voice of angel, answer back from the speaker. It was just a couple minutes to close, but she did her job with a GENUINE smile. So genuine, it made me smile, and I was dead tired. This woman is thee epitome of customer service. And she served me thee best burger, I've ever had. Better than in and out. Yes. Way better. Thank you for filling this ol carpenters...

Edit: this place just gets worse and worse. Took it from 5 to 3 to 1 star. Today I came in for lunch and the general manager was behind the counter. He had that "I'm so busy dont bother me" attitude. Literally just shoving stuff at customers, no hello please or thank you. I asked him a question and he actually sighed at me. Both drink machines were out of 90% of drinks, ice all over the floor, no kids. I asked for the soda I wanted since both machines were out and I could only get a soda I dont like. He said "so you want me to throw this away and get you something else?" 3 times. The place is dirty, see photos. This is the part that customers can see. How do you think the back looks? The tables hadnt been bussed, garbage all full, bathroom was a mess. 3 strikes you are out. I very much suggest you pick somewhere else to spend your money.

First time I can here it was ok, just like any other fast food joint. Went today and it was not awesome. The food is up to fast food standard. But the place was FILTHY. My shirt stuck to the chair, at one point my sandal stayed on the floor when i tried to take a step, the floor was that groody. My kids went into the play area clean and came out covered in what i hope is ketchup. The door jam had dirt piled in the corner from when you mop without sweeping first. ...But...
