I don't know what it is. This location seems to be hit and miss in regards to staff. They aren't ever rude in a way you would notice. And maybe it's just me. But the place only had 2 customers and they had been served. For once no one in the drive thru (very strange) which is usually always full. I stood there and stood there and stood there. I didn't want to seem impatient. All 4 staff had seen me come in and they all stood with their backs to me until it was starting to feel uncomfortable and I was thinking to just leave. One was on her phone and saw me waiting and disappeared into the back area without even prompting anyone to acknowledge me. Then one asked if I was ready to order. I was cheerful and tried to joke to make anyone smile but not today I guess. It's unfortunate but I think I will just avoid this location from now on. I really felt unwelcome and even ignored. Lastly my coffee was watery and had a slight burned flavor. I wouldn't complain about any of that if it wasn't nearly 8 dollars for one cup. So I do expect it to be good. Read moreI am giving this Starbucks a 2/5 review because while it is a Starbucks, and I'm not going to ding them for that. They can't seem to get an order right. I'm allergic to milk so I always get a soy latte, and half the time I end up with regular milk. It has gotten to the point where I have to take off the lid and smell my drink before I leave the store because the mistake happens that often. The employees don't seem phased by the realization that they gave a customer a drink that could cause serious medical ramifications (for me in includes swelling of my throat and an inability to breath) I have contacted corporate multiple times and been offered gift cards, yet I continue to receive drinks made with regular milk when I have been quite clear about ordering soy milk. The second part of the 2/5 rather than 1/5 is that they don't seem malicious, just incompetent. It has also been an ongoing issue and after my last order a few days ago when I was served regular milk instead of soy, I will not be returning. My life is not worth...
Read moreI came in the other day before, and this time I came into the building instead of going through the drive-thru because I thought it would be faster. I thought wrong... I don't have an issue with the people, but I feel as though communication could be better with the staff. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese & that was all. I waited about 20 minutes before I said something, because I saw other people coming in to get serviced before I did. (maybe they forgot) so I was patient. I do appreciate the woman who came in for her shift and asked me if I had been helped. I finally said something and still had to wait. I get that the drive-thru is a priority and speed of services is important, but a simple "I will have your order ready in a moment" would be fine. The only issue I have is there were about 4 to 5 people on the floor. Once I yelled "Can I get my bagel" I was serviced and given a card that wasn't even activated when I went to another Starbucks.
