I don't know why this location is even open. Went through the drive-thru ordered a famous bowl and a kid's Hot Dog meal were told that they didn't have any french fries asked what my options were to be met with snooty attitude from the employee. Pull up to the second window pay for my food get my two root beer floats that are overflowing to the point that they actually took a step back and they handed me more napkins because they knew they were overflowing and I was going to need them and then asked me to pull forward. I was the only person in the Drive-Thru line that wasn't a single person in front of me or behind me I took the 2 minutes to go ahead and clean up the disaster of root beer float I was handed and before I was even done the employee was back at the window telling me that the manager demanded I move my car up to the front so they didn't get hit for their drive-through times. I would have moved had that second altercation not occurred so I told the employee to have their manager come speak to me whom refused to come up to the window so I refuse to move my car so over it corporate needs to come in and deal with this kind of stuff HORRIBLE Went to the drive through about 10 mins ago. Was asked to pull into mobile order parking spot when not one single person was in line or in the lobby. When they brought my food they were missing kids apple sauce and multiple drinks. Employee didn't say anything till we looks at the order and pointed it out. We were asked to go back to the drive through window which we did they gave us our drinks and onion rings instead of fries. Unfortunately we didn't check the stuff we got when we went back to the window because we didn't think it'd be that hard to get the correct items after being told a second time. Once we got home we realized we didn't get our fries, applesauce, didn't get 2 of the root beer floats we paid for. To make things even more frustrating the hotdog we got for my kiddo was so overcooked that it was rock hard and unedible. So we literally paid for an entire kids meal that was missing all items but one and that one item couldn't be eaten. 2 floats paid for and didnt get. Spent over 25mins wasting time and had to go through the drive through twice because the employees don't want to walk to the car AFTER making us park in MOBILE ORDER spots so they "don't get high window times". Read moreThe second time in a month Ive had a bad experience here. Its been churning in my mind so I had to write a review. Order: 12pc tenders nashville hot, family meal. The girl taking irders seemed frustrated at the greeting. Very short and to the point of ordering. I ordered the meal and she quipped at what 2 sides I wanted. I explained the menu board shows 3 lg sides with my meal. She got mad and argued that it only comes with 2. I disagreed but said ok. She gave me about 2 seconds before she said it comes with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. I said ok. (A bit annoyed myself at this point) then she rudely asks about the other side shes just told me a moment before that wasnt part of the meal. I just blurted more potatoes is fine (wanting to leave). I then asked the tenders be prepared nashville hot. She angrily told me theres an additional fee per tender, I said ok. My total was just over $40. A high price, but i enjoy my foods. When I got home it seems like they did not appreciate me as a customer, and actually sabotaged the order. The cole slaw lid was not put on properly allowing it to spill in my paper bag, the tenders wre luke warm and one of the gravys was only about half full. I thought I should count my chicken due to the unhappiness of the employee and annoyance she displayed with me for my order. I counted 10 tenders. Not a huge difference but when im paying $2+ for each one I exoect the right amount to be shated w my family. I was upset but didnt want to complain initially but its been on my mind for the few days since. I have had great experiences in other establishments that emphasized the lack at this location. Id like to be compensated for tge negligence and bad service. I dont need my entire order replaced, as the tenders we got were eaten but Id like something to alleviate my frustrations and a fix to the problem. Read moreI've had quite a few bad experiences at this restaurant but I was okay with going back until last week. I ordered 3 Famous Bowls, got to the window and the gentleman at the window told me it would be about a 5 minute wait before my food was ready. That's totally fine, I have no problem waiting for my food. 5-10 minutes is no big deal. He then closed the door and came back about 5 minutes later to ask me if I'd been charged. I told him no and handed him my card. He ran it handed it back to me and left. Another 5 minutes later he comes back to the window and asks me if white gravy will work for my Famous Bowls, instead of brown gravy. I told him I would rather have brown gravy, and again told him I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes for it. Mind you, it was only 8:00pm and this location stays open until 10:00pm, so it wasn't like i was asking them to make something right at closing time. He asked me to pull around the front of the store and he would bring my food out to me. I then preceded to sit in front of the store for over 30 MORE minutes while I was waiting for my food. Right as I was about to go inside and figure out what was going on. The gentleman brought my food out. Shoved it through my half open window and actually politely said have a good one.
