This was my first time dining in this place, have always wanted to try it cause I’ve always heard good things. We first got here and we’re greeted with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in it’s very cozy with plenty of 4 top and 2 top tables and they have a 4 top table outside. As soon as you walk in you see the pick up counter where the food comes out, these sweet ladies took our order my husband got a burger he said it was delicious. We needed to get out from sheltering in place, and decided to visit Lampasas. At lunch we looked for recommendations and found Sweet Pickle Deli. It is easy to find, just look for the largest spur in Texas. Tucked in the back of the parking lot is a wonderful place of cozy atmosphere and a welcoming proprietor. This was very difficult to find, there is no real menu so no prices posted. We were told of the 3 options which were a panini, ham or turkey sandwich.
