On 7/3/2014 the judge kept me in court for four hours and I am disabled on record I said NOT GUILTY more than 10 times in a row, also I said for him to CEASE and DESIST in Business and Professional” He continued to make criminal threats and clerk kept on changing information on record! without attorney and threatens me in open court to take a plea deal or else? With No rights, No valid laws, No right to public services, No due process, and the DA office kept changing the facts, DA were changed a handful of times and the bar moved around. This also enabled fraud and the Judge does not follow rules engaging a disabled person in WAR! They violations of civil rights, copying and pasting another person criminal background history to impose themselves is many hate crimes all at once. Also the Courts and LASD worked on this for years and force a Civil Law suit to be dismissed with prejudice while I was in Jail and They denied OR and be released from jail: Moreover how does a Judge hire me a private attorney and fire my PD in which is ID THEFT on Google searches online and Administrative fraud. So I filed an Appeal but the records does not show the Appeal and Dep. The misuse of federal funds, also Vasquez had his wife attack me at my car in the Parking Lot, she punched me and threatened my life with DEATH. Then tried to run me over with his SUV! Review for March 2019. Well let me first start off by saying that this court house is a major Improvement than the one they had on Avenue J many many years ago. When I first moved to Palmdale in 2001 the only Court House available with the one in Avenue J Lancaster. I believe it is a juvenile courthouse now. I'm not guilty, to say that I appreciate the efficiency of this Courthouse. The staff is very friendly. And the place is always kept very clean. Now with that being said, the Antelope Valley has grown tremendously in the last 20 years that I've been here. And it shows. In my opinion, Michael antonovich courthouse in Lancaster California is a big Improvement for the growth of this Antelope Valley that we call home. Antelope Valley, Lancaster Palmdale area, is located at the outskirts of Los Angeles County. About 10 miles north of Lancaster it's a whole other County. Kern County that is. I really love Antelope Valley in the things that they have done to improve the area. Economy has grown tremendously over the years. And I believe the crime rate also has dropped significantly. All this is due to the great leadership that the Lancaster Palmdale, Antelope Valley has to offer. Los Angeles County Sheriff department does a great job. I really appreciate all men and women in the law enforcement agencies. Especially the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. Keep up the great work. God Bless...

Human trafficking and slavery. I was an honorable US soldier and a homeless veteran with mental health issues. My health was declining while in custody in the county jail for 10 months. I wasn’t receiving the treatment I need. The trial judge Kathleen Blanchard refused to release my case file to another court who would have sent me to a VA program for rehabilitation. She aided and sided with the DA and demonstrated personal bias against me because of my ethnic appearance and last name. It was my 1st offense. They insured I could never remove the conviction from my record by giving me a prison sentence even know I was released from county jail and charging it as a strike. I’m disabled. I struggle with injuries from my time in the service. Almost 10 years later I can’t get a decent job or apply for an apartment, or do volunteer work with children or seniors because I have this felony on my record and it can never be removed.
